There is an Interview in the current issue of the German "Heavy"-Magazine, where the Band revealed some interesting things:

On the limited Digipack of new Album there will be a demo track of the upcoming Orchestral Project. Some parts are already being recorded by Victor Smolski from RAGE and the Whiterussian State Orchestra. The Project will be completed until the beginning of 2008.

The second Blind Guardian Festival will also come definitely, but due to tour schedules and stuff it will hopefully be in 2008.

A eve i mene..boze..koliko sam chekam novi BG rad...

Fly - Ovo je dobra pesma..ali malo chudna za single iskreno. Po kvalitetu spada u srednje pesme sa ANATO tipa "Battlefield". Dakle veoma dobra, ali opet, zna se da oni mogu i bolje.
Prvih minut i po pesme sa sve onim riffom i "Stop! Be quiet now!" je do jaja..posle pesma prelazi u powericu, dobar refren, soliranja, ali malo postaje repetitivno i mogla je malo kraca biti..ali sve u svmeu, daleko od ikakvog razocharenja, Hansi peva maestralno daje ono "it" pesmi shto samo on moze da da!

Skalds-Iskreno, ovo ne moze da se meri sa drugkm BG baladama..sa Harvest Of Sorrow npr nikako, nije da mi se ne lajkuje ali nista special

Obrada- Meni je u glavi samo Delirious live obrada..ali ni ovo nije loshe..Hansi bash mrachno otpevao

E..danas sam se shetao gradom i mislim da sam samo fly slushao jebote..ne da prirasta pesma..nego je extra..

1. slushanje fly-a: KOJI KURAC!!??
4. slushanje fly-a: i nije loshe ali moglo je dosta bolje......
8. slushanje fly-a: pjesma je definitivno iznad prosjeka guardiana.
>12. slushanje fly-a: pjesma je ODLICNA. Definitivno su ispunili sva ocekivanja. bar sva moja ocekivanja. sigurno je medju top 15 najboljih BG pjesama.

skalds and shadows je prelijepa pjesma. moze ponosno da stoji uz APAFS, Bard's song i HoS. Come to the blazing fire and seeeeeee me in the shaaaadows!!!!!!!!!!!!

in a gadda da vida mi se svidja

Cause things shall proceed as foreseen!!!

Novi intervju sa Hansijem mozete naci ovde ===> http://www.metal.de/...as=story&id=667. Doduse, na nemackom je. Ko ne razume nemacki, nashao se neki lik koji je bio dobar pa je izdvojio najvaznije stvari na engleskom:

i wrote down the main things of interview (no guarantee):
New Album:
- probably coming in first week of september 2006
- 3 "new-style" songs on it like "fly"
- Song lyrics: different themes (fantasy, mythology, real-life, peotry and lyrics)
- a mix of: 30% new BG style, 25% ANATO, 20% NIME, 20% IFTOS, 5% older stuff
- voices are already recorded

Label changing:
reasons: - beeing no first priority
- because of having not full support
- bad dvd promoting

Why NB :
- were presenting themselves as best label

Orchestra project:
- working on it since 8-9 years
- lot of material
- one demo-track will be on new album
- achieved release 2007
- no BG typical instruments on it
- Continue of NIME in music and lyrics
- maybe some instrument-playing of BG members will be added (e.g. Frederik, he can play a lot of classic instruments)
- Band + Orchestra, maybe some guest appereances if it's getting more muscial character

Festival appearences 2006 / BGOA
- no festivals because of finishing album in april/may, then some warm up gigs and then preparing for Tour
- BGOA maybe in 2008

Thomen's leaving:
- many problems (differences between them in muscial and other way)
- maybe it would have been better if Thomen had left earlier (after festivals)
- best for band and for Thomen

- DIMMU BORGIR "Death Cult Armageddon"
- SYSTEM OF A DOWN "Mezmerize"
- NEVERMORE "This Godless Endeavor"

about old songs:
- on every album there is one song suffering from not best production or songwriting (e.g. Wait for an answer wasn't produced as best)
- these songs should be redone in his oppinion: Hall of the king, Follow the blind, Fast to madness

U vezi te price za instrumentalni album, oni su svojevremeno slali neke ideje odatle Jacksonu za soundtrack za onu gadost od LotR filma, ali ih je odbio s razlogom da "ne zeli bendove na soundtracku".

Ozbiljno? Kul! Ko jebe debelu guzicu sto ih je odbio, ko da on zna sta je valja.
