Agonija se nastavlja
Naime ovaj EP sam skinuo i ispostavilo se da je neko ripovao sa LP-a, ali na pogresnom broju obrtaja pa je sve usporeno za 1/3. Zato evo link za normalan rip:

Okacio sam ja taj EP od Griftegard na strani 15 (naravno, iste ove teme )! Na istoj toj strani sam bacio link za Doomraiser - Erasing the Remembrance, takodje jedan od kandidata za najbolji doom album godine.

bend je vec spomenut na ovoj temi zahvaljujuci Buddhi; evo sada i linka ka nedavno izdatom albumu.
meni licno veoma godi da cujem Larsen-ovu gitaru ma u kom muzickom zanru se oprobao, a ovo svakako budi dodatno interesovanje buduci da je rec o funeral doom-u. par Saturnus momenata (sa posebnim akcentom na prvoj pesmi), poneki delic Of The Wand And The Moon atmosfere, sve upakovano u finu, melanholicnu svirku. nadam se da se Kim nece zaustaviti na jednom albumu.

U pitanju je dobro izbalansirana mjesavina epic doom-a i death doom-a iz Holandije koja dolazi od ljudi sa uglavnom death metal background-om :

Meni licno se album nije nesto dopao nakon prvog slusanja (sto je najcesce za mene vrlo dobar ili vrlo los znak), ali nakon jos 2 preslusavanja sam ga dosta zavolio i definitivno mi je jedan od top 10 albuma godine.

Muzika podseca istovremeno (?!) na : Isole, Doomshine, Doom:VS, Terhen, ... Preporucujem!

The Flight of Sleipnir
A collaboration between Clayton Cushman (Acheronian Dirge, Ex-Throcult) and David Csicsely (Acheronian Dirge, Nexhymn, Ex- Throcult) to create a project that is lyrically based on Norse mythology and built on a “doomy” foundation with elements of psychedelic and progressive rock.
Keeping elements of their other projects and building a foundation upon doom and vintage metal, they released the demo "Wisdom Calls For Sacrifice" in 2008. After the release, a debut live appearance took place on the winter''s solstice, which has since become an annual occasion. Immediately after the performance, the duo started forging their debut album "Algiz + Berkanan," a concept record exploring the secrets of the aforementioned runes which has since then been officially released on No Colours Records.

Green and Wood - Green and Wood Megaupload



Green and Wood are a power trio who mine the same blues-based metal ranging from Sabbath to Sleep, and they do it quite well.
They cover the full length and breadth of the "stoner" spectrum, from the mid-tempo power grooves, to the slow and low heavy riffing, to the darker psychedelic passages, and they often do it succinctly within the context of a single song.
Of course, the other thing that sets Green and Wood apart is the songwriting itself. The vocals lines are catchy, melodic, and often accentuated by harmonies. The riffs are also hook-laden and totally hummable, but often take some strange twists and turns melodically without becoming forced or unfamiliar. It's a fine line to walk, and they straddle it well on album highlights such as "Banquet of Jupiter" and the title track.
All in all, what we've got here is more than just another entry into the stoner doom sweepstakes, it's really the measure by which a band should have to live up to in order to create a good debut album, rise up from the depths of obscurity, and become a household name.
