Novi album Simple Mind Condition teba da izađe negde juna valjda, a njegovog izlazak je pomeran do sada puno puta. Ne znam tačno zađto, mislim da postoje neki problemi sa izdavačem koji je možda bankrotirao. No nema veze može da se skine.
11 pesama, prva pesma je sa One For the Road dema iz 1994, a obradili su i Lucifer's Friend - Ride the Sky. Produkciju je radio Vince Vojno. Isprva mi se činila mnogo moderna za ovakav bend, ali je ok. A Trouble nastavljaju gde su stali posle Plastic Green Head-a. Ne očekujte apokaliptični doom/gloom sa početaka karijere. Zvuči negde između Manic Frustration i Plastic Green Head. Kratke pesme, vrlo catchy sa psihodličnim momentima. U suštini dobar album.
A da, sviraju u Budimpešti na "Flag of Doom Vol.4", 03.06,2007. sa Wall of Sleep, Stereochrist i još nekim bendovima.

Got an advance copy of this yesterday and I've only listened to it once, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's not going to make you forget Peace Sells, but it's probably better than anything they've done in the last 15 or so years. Mustaine seems to be trying to recapture his roots. I doubt he ever completely could, but I've gotta give the guy credit for trying.

Je l' ste gledali ovaj sad Headbanger's Ball na MTV Adria, bio je snimak Therion-a iz Ljubljane sa ove turneje. Pustili su ceo drum solo i Muspelheim koji je usledio; ali je bilo pogrešno potpisano kao "Tuna 1613". Takođe je bio i kratak intervju sa braćom. Siguran sam da je drum solo bio isti kao ovde, ali mi se sad učinio mnogo duži.

Pa, super je zvučalo, odnosno koliko je to bilo moguće s obzirom da je bio radio prenos. Verujem da je najbolja armosfera bila pri kraju, jer su svirali najbolje pesme. Zanimljivo je koliko mnogo je Mick imao wah-a na gitari, a i što je Lanzon koristio često drugačije klavijature nego što su na albumima, kao na primer na July Morning, gde su bile kao neke trube na mesto hammonda. Neke pesme su produžili, kao Stealin', Free Me, Lady in Black da bi publika što duže pevala.
Bernie je vrlo iskreno delovao između pesama, i nije ponavljao ustaljene fraze kao što frontmeni imaju običaj. Rekao je nešto kao da su već jednom bili u Beogradu.
Nadam se da ste se lepo proveli vi koji ste bili na koncertu.

Swedish doomsters CANDLEMASS have posted a new message
on their official web site regarding singer Messiah
Marcolin's announcement that he was leaving the band.
As previously reported, Marcolin contacted
BLABBERMOUTH.NET on Friday (April 28) to reveal that
he has parted ways with the group and that it's 100
percent definite that he will not return. "We could
not agree on how to do the new album," he said, but
would not further elaborate on his sudden exit.
The latest message on CANDLEMASS' web site (dated
April 30) reads as follows:
"Messiah's got a severe pre-recording psychosis at the
moment, so folks, please calm down. The band is
confident that he will sing on the album as planned.
CANDLEMASS will enter the new Polar Studios [in
Stockholm] in May to record the follow up to last
year's successful 'Candlemass'. The new album will
feature nine tracks but is yet untitled. The band
produces themselves."
CANDLEMASS recorded four new songs with producer Andy
Sneap (NEVERMORE, ARCH ENEMY, MACHINE HEAD) in late
February at the new Polar studios in Stockholm,
Sweden. At the time, the group's bassist/songwriter
Leif Edling said of the material, "The songs are
pretty much in the same vein as the stuff on the
[self-titled 2005] reunion album, maybe a bit darker."
CANDLEMASS won a Swedish "Grammy" award in February in
the "Best Hard Rock" category, beating out the likes
of HAMMERFALL, HARDCORE SUPERSTAR, MESHUGGAH and
OPETH. The Swedish doom legends were honored for the
"Candlemass" opus, which is available on Nuclear Blast
Records. Five back-catalog items from the band -
"Epicus Doomicus Metallicus", "Ancient Dreams",
"Doomed for Live", "Nightfall", and "Essential Doom" -
were issued in the U.S. via Candlelight in February.

Danas sam slušao 202 hit petka i Olga je pomenula možda će biti nešto na Tašmajdanu krajem juna... ali ništa konktretnije.
