In an attempt to satisfy the insatiable demand, this will include multiple dates in Stockholm and Helsinki following the massive success of last Summer's concerts in Scandinavia where all 95,000 tickets sold out almost immediately and where they made history in Gothenburg by selling out all 55,000 tickets for Ullevi Stadium in just two and half hours! The concert was also transmitted all across Scandinavia on terrestrial television. This will be Maiden's 10th appearance at Gothenburg's Scandinavium - yet another record breaker which no other band, international or domestic, has surpassed in the venues history. Tickets for Sweden and Finland will go on sale for at 9.00am on Monday February 27th while the Danish dates will go on sale at 10.00am on Monday 27th February. The Iron Maiden Fan Club have made special arrangements with EMA Telstar and their Associates to allow 120 of their fc members to gain special entry to each concert, which will allow them to get right at the front of the stage! Due to Production considerations there will be no support act on the first two tour dates in Denmark but on all the other dates Maiden have confirmed up and coming US band TRIVIUM as their special guests. Iron Maiden are currently writing material for their new, as yet untitled fourteenth studio album which will be released later in the year prior to the tour. The live show will of course include new album material, and will be in full Maiden tradition - spectacular stage production, sound and lights ... and, of course, Eddie!! Says Steve Harris, 'We had a fantastic time and a lot of fun last year playing songs from our early albums. However, Maiden is all about pushing ourselves creatively and keeping fresh, so we're all charged up to make a great studio album together with Kevin Shirley and take it out on the road at the end of the year. These Scandinavian dates herald the start of Maiden's new album World Tour which will take them around parts of Europe through to Christmas - playing selected dates in other parts of the World in the new year.

MANOWAR, RHAPSODY and HOLYHELL RESCHEDULE and ADD NEW DATES for “DEMONS, DRAGONS & WARRIORS” WORLD TOUR in 2006 Rescheduled tour dates, as well as additional new dates, have been announced regarding German performances by MANOWAR, with special guests RHAPSODY and HOLYHELL, on the “Demons, Dragons & Warriors World Tour 2006”. Due to an unfortunate accident involving MANOWAR guitarist Karl Logan, previously scheduled European dates of the tour had been postponed, much to the great disappointment of the bands and their label, Magic Circle Music. “Our first concern was to be sure that Karl was in good condition,” says Magic Circle Music founder and MANOWAR bassist Joey DeMaio. “As soon as we were certain Karl would be able to play again in the near future, we wanted to give our fans as much information as possible to keep them abreast of plans for the tour.” Every effort was made to reschedule as quickly as possible. “It was very unfortunate for us to postpone the German dates,” says concert promoter Klaus Boenisch from KBK. “However, we are happy to have scheduled new dates and we are proud that we could even add an additional show in northern Germany; even moreso because of the incredible ticket sales. In true MANOWAR style, the band wishes to do something special to thank the fans for their undying support and kind understanding.” DeMaio furthers Boenisch’s sentiments with great gusto: “We are very proud to be able to reschedule this tour. We will return bigger and better than ever. Nothing can stop MANOWAR!” Additional European dates will be rescheduled and will be announced as soon as possible. Album je trebao u aprilu ali još ako zbog ovoga odliže ko zna kad će A taman sam se dogovorio sa prijateljem da idem na koncert u Češku i sve ali sad moram to nekako da odložim

MANOWAR Guitarist Injured In Motorcycle Accident Karl Logan, lead guitarist of heavy metal powerhouse MANOWAR, was injured on Tuesday, January 24th 2006 in a motorcycle accident. Logan sustained severe injuries to his left arm, which will prevent him from performing for an as-yet-unknown period of time. “MANOWAR will have to reconsider all of our plans, but the good news is that Karl is ok and he’ll be back stronger than ever,” says MANOWAR bassist Joey DeMaio. Logan was preparing to record his lead guitar parts for the upcoming, yet to be named, MANOWAR album, the release of which will now be delayed. Touring plans are also expected to change as a result of this unfortunate turn of events. However, MANOWAR will soldier on. “We don’t have any more information at this time,” says DeMaio. “But nothing ever has, or ever will, stop MANOWAR.” More information will be released as it becomes available.
