    The Black Dog - We Are Sheffield EP [2009]

     

    Adopting the common pseudonym for depression as their name, The Black Dog are often credited with "inventing" the "IDM" style of music, in producing a style of dance music equally enjoyable in the comfort of one's living room. While their work was showered with praise from a great number of club DJs, the DJs themselves rarely played their tracks on the dancefloor.

     

    The group was founded by Ken Downie along with Ed Handley and Andy Turner, who had already been producing music under the Plaid moniker.

    Christ. is a Scottish solo electronic music artist. His music has been notable due to the melancholic nature of his sound and lush soundscapes he uses in them. There is no religious meaning in his name; rather, it is an abbreviation of his real name, Christopher Horne, which also explains the period which is an official part of his handle.

     

    Christ.'s music is often likened to that of fellow Scottish electronic group Boards of Canada.

    Mozda neko misli da su nazvali zgradu po bendu! :) Ja sam preslusao album do pomenute, pustene stvari, koju sam par puta ponovio, a posle mi se nije nastavljalo.. ;) Ne nastavlja mi se ni s ovom Nadom Surf, al' izgleda da veseli tonovi prevladavaju i da ce bledunjava kuca Bau morati da saceka neko vreme pre nego sto je ponovo posetim.. ;) Eto, toliko! :)

    100% pamucna sintetika je emisija. ;) Bitrejt varira, a i varijabilan je, mahom; pesme su kratke [mahom]. Suvise je estrogena da bi bila homogena; naglasio sam da je u pitanju part 1 [part 2 sledi sledeceg cetvrtka] ;) Zapravo, 'teo sam da bude potpuno hermeticna, al' me povukla Joanna da ubacim Devendru, a on da ubacim Akron, a Lou da ubacim RadioHead & Ulver ;) UOstalim, zalili ste se da su pojedini mixtejpovi previse skokoviti; svetu se ne moze ugoditi! :)

    čekaj, bre, kako s-t album loš? Pa, pored ta dva hita, imao je još i Saints Are Down, bolju od oba, jednu od najboljih Cult stvari uopšte! A, ovaj ima I Assasin, čiji ćemo početak, definitivno, iskoristiti za reklamu.
