Scream kao prvi singl u stvari odudara od ostatka albuma, koji je najbliži onome što je Idol radio početkom osamdesetih, znači to je neki Punk Rock, sve je jako jednostavno, minimum solo deonica, nema klavijatura, jednostavna građa pesama. Negde je to sa ovom modernijom produkcijom najbliže fanovima Punk rock-a zapadne USA obale, znači mislim da će neko ko voli Green Day a ni Ramones mu nisu odbojni i tome slično apsolutno naći sebe u ovom albumu, oni koji su voleli Rebel Yell i Speed će verovatno izvrteti Scream sa albuma i možda još jednu dve pesme i to je to. Steve Stevens je tu fizički, ali te gitare koje su na albumu skoro da je mogao i sam Idol da odsvira, nema ničeg posebno interesantnog u aranžmanima.
