Commented guitarist Jim Matheos: "We're looking forward to playing in Europe again this summer, particularly Headbangers Open Air in Germany and, of course, returning to Greece for shows in Athens and Larissa. These will most likely be our last shows before beginning work on a new FATES WARNING [album] for 2012, so we hope to see a lot of you there." Berliner Posted June 23, 2011 Report post Posted June 23, 2011 To nema logike, FW je bend koji ima vrlo jedinstveno kreativno jezgro i imaju svoju postepenu evoluciju, FW u 2011 god. jednostavno vise nije FW sa Arch-om. Kako god ispadne taj Arch/Mattheos projekat, nece liciti na poslednje radove FW, niti ce biti neki napredak u tom pravcu nego put u neke druge vode, sto je definicija side-project-a, makar i bivsi frontmen ucestvovao u njemu. Mozda ce na momente da podseca na stari FW zbog Archovih vokalnih linija, ali celokupni smer bice drugi, moderniji i definitivno ne power, ali nece biti ni onako streamlined i energican kao novi FW i imace mnogo topliji zvuk, to je moje predvidjanje nakon malo razmisljanja. APSOG je bio mera, iako su i Disconnected i FWX odlični albumi posle je već malo krenula da pada forma na drugom OSI albumu a onaj Blood je skroz smor. Jednostavno ponestaje mu gitarskih ideja, isfurao je taj stil skroz. Treba mu sad The New New Math samo da ne nastavi kao na Blood da bude bezidejan. Sviđa mi se što se Aresti uvek tu spominje oko ovih novih albuma/bendova što ih radi FW ekipa, bilo bi dobro da on učestvuje jer je uvek bio jak i kao kompozitor, pogotovo na No Escape i Perfect Symmetry. U svakom slučaju, puno se očekuje od ovog Arch/Matheos, mnogo više nego da radi novi OSI, ili neki Redemption da treba da izađe. I think that you will be surprised! I have heard a little bit of it and…it’s good – it’s heavy! It sounds probably like… (note: long pause)…I don’t know how to put it…it sounds like Fates Warning with John Arch singing – I don’t know! I don’t know how to describe it as I am too close to it.
