BFMV CANCEL SOUTH AFRICA FESTIVAL APPEARANCES

Bullet For My Valentine are very reluctant to announce the cancellation of their appearances at ‘My Coke Festival 2009’ in South Africa in April. The band were due to perform in Johannesburg on the 10th April and in Cape Town on the 13th April as part of a line-up including Oasis and Snow Patrol.

Bullet For My Valentine will be remaining in the UK to focus on their recording commitments. They are currently in the studio demoing new material for their upcoming 3rd Album at home in Wales with producer Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Lacuna Coil).

The band would like to apologise to all their fans in South Africa and assure them they will be returning soon. Matt Tuck says: “We’re absolutely gutted to have to cancel these shows, we were proper looking forward to it, but we are really getting stuck in with writing new songs and we have busy schedule to get everything prepared for recording the new album- which we are all really excited about! So we apologise to our fans in S.A. but we promise we’ll be back!”
