They named themselves after a Led Zeppelin song when they saw a bootleg video taped from Austrian TV. By 1982, they were playing in front of crowds of 1200 at times, and they recorded their first demo in 1983, heavily influenced by Priest, Maiden, and Motorhead. The demo was summarily rejected by record labels. Nonetheless, they recorded another, thrashier demo in 1985. This was also rejected - in fact, on one day in 1985, they were the only band out of seven not to receive state sanctioning, which would have allowed them to play larger concerts and receive financial support. In 1986-87, both Schmiedl and Mentes served in the army, putting the band on hold. Upon their return, they started gigging again, and recorded a 7`` single in Austria in September, 1988. It was not realeased, but they debuted on national TV on October 15th, 1988. Then, they opened for Stormwitch on 7 Hungarian tour dates between October 31st and November 9th, drawing 10000 metalheads a night. In 1989 they were signed to Proton records, and released several thrash albums, before breaking up in 1998. They reformed in 2002 with a concert on March 5th, and have been playing gigs since. dudi Posted August 7, 2006 Report post Posted August 7, 2006 Pravi thrash metal , Meni je najbolji UGASS KUTYA njihov prvi album. tad su bili negde između Kreator i sepulture slično (beneath,arise)albuma što se muzike tiče. Takvih grupa je uvek i bilo malo u Mađarskoj a danas da i ne pričam Bili su kod nas 2 puta još kad je radio rock klub u Molu u Vojvodini . a zadniji i predzadnji album zvuči malo modernije i sasvim drugačije nego raniji radovi. Nisam uspeo da zapazim koji su bendovi na njemu, a i slucajno sam naleteo na taj podatak. Covek koji je radio omote za poslednje albume Ossian, Kalapacs i jos nekih bendova je radio omot i za taj. Mislim da im je ta jedina pesma u tom melodicnom heavy stilu, ostale su bas u thrash fazonu. Meni su prva tri albuma po picki ("Körhinta" mi je najjaci), kasniji rad nisam bas preterano pratio, ali znam da su dosta modernizovali stil. Letos sam imao prilike da ih gledam/cujem uzivo (svirali smo zajedno ), zvucali su odlicno, bili su veoma energicni i precizni. Krajem ovog meseca opet imamo zajednicku svirku, takodje u Madjarskoj. Izvinjavam se na spamu! Krajem ovog meseca opet imamo zajednicku svirku, takodje u Madjarskoj. Izvinjavam se na spamu! To si ti Attila jel tako? Samo da kažem da u ÁMOK u sviraju jako dobri muzičari. Matori Bandi svira bass i on je nekad tu na forumu Da se vratim temi moby dick uživo je ubistvo ,Mnogo precizan bend . To se primetilo još odavno da to ne rade iz zajebancije. Pa u subotu 21 og Oktobra sviraju u Bečeju u kulturnom centru Petefi. Svirali su 1994e u Subotici onda 2002 i 03e u Molu i prošle godine u Senti na festivalu. Svi su se bili saglasili da bude Uj Becse, ali po zakonu je moglo samo staro ime Torok Becse, je l' tako? Jeste , Török Becse je u prevodu Turski Bečej što je više nadimak tog grada.
