Mislim ako se tako gleda onda svako kopira one "velike" bendove. Meni su oni super, SIN je vrhcina. Znaci pesma je dobra od prve do zadnje sekunde. Evo upravo slušam nanovo The 1st Chapter.. dobar je, na prvo slušanje mi odiše kamelot atmosferom Dobro uho. Verovatno zato što su braća (bubnjar i gitarista) vezani dosta za Kamelot, a njih dvojica uglavnom pišu muziku. Dobra rasprava ljudi.Znate sta primecujem da se nekako zapostavlja "melodicnost" kod prog metal bendova.Znaci odsvirano ovo ono(plagijat) to je od Syx-a,ovo je od DT-a,Ima Kamelota...ali sta!!! Riff-ovi,prelazi(sinkope i cuda).. Recimo da je Threshold bend koji je to definitivno prevazisao,kao i npr Royal Hunt(sad ce me neko izbombardovati da je to plagijat Malmsteen-a),Zatim Shadow Gallery(bend ima veoma specificne melodije kao i harmonije uopste.) Melodije na ovom novom albumu od Circus Maximusa su stvarno "iznad proseka" ako sam jasan.Mada cemo naci 1000 stvari koje smo vec culi <img src="http://www.yumetal.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/musik20.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="musik20.gif" /> Word za Royal Hunt, imaš još istomišljenika što se tiče prevazilaženja. Threshold ne moram ni da potvrđujem to je jasno kao dan Ono što se meni svidelo kod CM-a: Eriksen ima sjajan glas, može da peva i dosta duboke tonove i tada poprima boju glasa na čika Geoffa, a kad peva punim glasom više oktave neodoljivo podseća na Tempesta. U sredini u nekim pesmama (sa Isolate pogotovo) zvuči na Fremberga iz Andromede. U ovom bendu je melodija apsolutno u prvom planu, ne oslanjaju se toliko beskrajne gitarske solaže (mada ima izuzetaka naravno - evo upravo ide naslovna numera), prelepi aranžmani i kompleksne pesme. Bubanj energičan ali možda ponekad malo predvidljiv, ali sve vrlo precizno i čvrsto odsvirano. Dopada mi se kad vidim prog bend sa jednom gitarom, resko se čuje svaki rif. Više mi je prog prvi album od drugog, Arrival of Love mi je kao Europe-asta... Nije da ne volim Europe lepo je to, samo mi je prvi album nekako "teži". Deluje kao da su akumulirali dugo neke pesme koje su sve završile na prvencu. Ali, nema još uvek vesti o novom albumu. Valjda ćemo morati da sačekamo 2010. Spastic Ink Posted September 29, 2009 Report post Posted September 29, 2009 (edited) Jbt sto sam bio pametan pre 2(dvije) god Kad sam procitao uokviren post nisam imao pojma da je moj.Bio sam ubedjen da je napisao neki polu-fenser-proger sa I&W heart tatoo-om i sve sa La Brie-ovim trcanjem po bini i zabacivanjem kose. Salim se malo ! Malo sam zapostavio CM(kao i jos dosta toga) moram da priznam,nadam se da ce da urade nesto makar za koplje ispred ovog dosad ! Iskreno, mene malo čudi što niko ne pominje novi album, ali pošto je sada vreme festivala a oni kako vidim dosta nastupaju, sve se nešto nadam da će ući u studio već početkom iduće godine. As many of you have been wondering, what has been, or is going on in the CM camp these days? What is the status on the recording on the new album? Well... To give you the short and brutal version, here is where we are today: After finishing the drum tracks in November, the band took the Christmas holidays off, presuming to start up right over new years with drum editing, and continue with guitar, bass, keys and vocals right after that. What we didn't plan out as a result of Mats` grueling long hours in front of the computer, editing drums, was that he got arm inflammation in both arms. Because of this, both the drum editing (that was over half ways finished), and upcoming rhythm guitar tracking had to be postponed until further notice. With this, and other personal/family stuff that had to be dealt with, the recording process stagnated quite a bit. On a positive note: Mats' arm injury has improved a great deal, and the drum-editing is finished, the band has been rehearsing for their upcoming shows in May and we are filming more for the "Rockumentary" this weekend up in the mountains of Trysi (Guess there will be more drunken madness than interviews, because it's Mikey's birthday as well). We are glad to tell you all that things are looking better nowadays with the speed bumps and hickups out of the way, and that we will be putting the "pedal to the metal" on the recordings from mid May. Circus Maximus is truly greatful for all the support that has been shown, as well as your patience and understanding. There wouldn't be a Circus Maximus without you, the fans. That makes you a little Circus Maximus too... hehe. Neonize Posted July 1, 2012 Report post Posted July 1, 2012 (edited) Nije los album "Nine" ali izgleda da su upali u fazu u koju je upala Andromeda sa "Chimera" albumom (jest da su poslije napravili remek djelo, ali sto vrijedi kada masa fanova nakon odredjenog albuma "trazenja sebe" izgubi interes za band) ili Dreamscape sa "Trance-like state" albumom (nakon cega ove godine izdaju odlican album). Znaci, za ocekivati je da ce im slijedeci album biti odlican. Ima jako dobrih stvari gore i jako dobrih aranzmana, malo americko alternativno koncipiranih, ali ugodnih za uho, posebice u ovo doba vrucina. Prva dva albuma se obrcu i dan danas, a ovaj Nine je dobio vazdan nekih pozitivnih kritika ne znam po kom osnovu. Vise zvuce AOR nego prog metal... I meni Andromeda uvek kao primer za (lose) poredjenje iskakao svaki put kad pustih album. S tim sto se meni i svidjaju i novije Andromede, a kod ovih svaki album za bar 50% manje uzivanja od proslog. Ovaj i lepo krece, dobre prve dve pesme, Awake duha ima, i onda se upada u neku dosadnu tugaljivu melodicnost, ima jos koji dobri momenat, ali mnogo manje upecatljivo nego odvratni momenti (npr. ShinigamY Posted October 26, 2012 Report post Posted October 26, 2012 Kad je izasao album, nikako mi nije legao na prvu, slusao sam ga jos nekih 3-4 puta, i nista posebno... Ove nedelje, furam CM kao lud starije albume, i resih da poslusam ovaj novi, i totalno, sada mi je skroz ok. Ima do jaja pesama, pevanje je slabije cini mi se nego na proslim albumima, al generalno, ok je, moze da se slusa. Ima tih starih CM momenata.
