RedOrange981 Posted July 13, 2007 Report post Posted July 13, 2007 sto se mene tice od gnr-a imam sve albume do poslednjeg kad su bili svi zajedno u sastavu i radije cu slusati neku dobru stvar od axl-a nego slashov jazz album, koji ne zvuci lose ali instrumenti uopste nisu uskladjeni. velvet revolver mogu da zamislim samo na nekim zurkama i pijankama. AIC Posted July 16, 2007 Report post Posted July 16, 2007 (edited) Slusao sani demo snimak Kineske Demokratije...album je ocajan....i ne razumem da neko brani Axl,kada svi znamo da je skot.neko je na pocetku rekao da ima dobar glas...ne kazem da nema dobar glas,ali on nekako ne zna da peva,samo zavija,i koristi samo jednu te istu piskavu tehniku pri pevanju.na jednom forumu su neki fanovi govorili da ima kvalitetan i "skolovan glas" ka Freddie. Sto se tice VR,Contraband po meni je skroz OK album...samo nekapiram zasto vecina fanova sere protiv njih i drze se Axl,kao da su oni krivi za raspad prvooformljenog Gn'R.Samo me zanima kako bi bilo misljenje fanova da je Scott pevao od pocetka Gn'R i njihovo misljenje o Axl kao nekog novog lika koji je dosao da peva u VR? A poredjenje Fredija i Axla je u najmanju ruku smesno, mislim zna se koje i sta je Fredi bio. Sto se tice VR,Contraband po meni je skroz OK album...samo nekapiram zasto vecina fanova sere protiv njih i drze se Axl,kao da su oni krivi za raspad prvooformljenog Gn'R.Samo me zanima kako bi bilo misljenje fanova da je Scott pevao od pocetka Gn'R i njihovo misljenje o Axl kao nekog novog lika koji je dosao da peva u VR?Libertad je mnogo bolji od Contrabanda a opet nijedan od ova 2 albuma nije bolji ni od Chinese Democracy demoa (realno!). Kazes brane Axla, a ti si ona druga krajnost pa ne mozes da doneses objektivan sud od CD albumu, koji btw nije jos ni izasao i apsurdno je komentarisati o tome. Da je Skot pevao u GNR od pocetka , ja verovatno ne bi slusao GNR ... a ako malo bolje razmislis Axl i sva sranja koje je on pravio su jedan od glavnih faktora uspeha GNR. Kontroverza stvara kesh, slavu i ostale stvari koje je ovaj bend imao (ima?), a Axl je upravo takav, ne? i ne razumem da neko brani Axl,kada svi znamo da je skotPa zar ti ne znas da - majority is always wrong . Ako ti se contraband svideo ovaj ce ti se svideti jos vise, modzda ne na prvo slusanje ali vremenom. Taj spot, inace pesma She Builds Quick Machines je medju losijim pesmama sa albuma, ali morali su da je izdaju kao singl zato sto je izdavacka kuca ocenila da je pesma dobra (ovo je pricao Duff jednom prilikom). Moji favoriti sa albuma: Gravedancer (sa sve bonus pesmom), The Last Fight, Get Out The Door i meni najbolja Just Sixteen. zato su im sve pesme dobre, ali ni jedna nije nesto extra tako ja barem vidim stvari Bas tako, fali im ona epic karakteristika u pesmama... koliko se secam u GN'R je za to bio zaduzen Axl. VELVET REVOLVER founding members Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum and Dave Kushner announced today (Tuesday, April 1) that they are parting ways with singer Scott Weiland. "This band is all about its fans and its music and Scott Weiland isn't 100% committed to either," said Slash in a press release. "Among other things, his increasingly erratic onstage behavior and personal problems have forced us to move on. Previous to this "Slash hinted in a recent interview that the band might carry on without Weiland, who announced onstage in Glasgow two weeks ago that fans were watching the "last tour" by the group. Weiland and drummer Matt Sorum proceeded to get into a public war of words online, fueling speculation that the band was splitting apart. But Slash told Classic Rock magazine, "Obviously I'm very aware of everything that's going on. The only thing I can add to that is, in contrast to what Scott says, there will be a VELVET REVOLVER after this tour." When asked if Weiland would continue as the singer, Slash added with a chuckle, "I have no comment on that." So it looks as if that scott weiland is no longer a part of velvet revolver but i have heard that the band will carry on with a new singer once they have found one and rumours have shown that it could be sabastian bach he auditions for part of lead singer when the band were known as the project but was turned down which sucks but it seems unlikely that Bach will take up the role of front man for velvet revolver due to his friendship with Axl Rose and Solo Career I njegov odgovor: In a statement released Wednesday morning, Weiland fired back at his erstwhile bandmates, stating, "After reading the comment by Duff, Matt, Dave and the illustrious 'Guitar Hero,' Saul Hudson, a.k.a. Slash, I find it humorous that the so-called four 'founding members' of VELVET REVOLVER, better known to themselves as 'the Project' before I officially named the band, would decide to move on without me after I had already claimed the group dead in the water on March 20 in Glasgow. "In response to Slash's comment regarding my commitment [to the band], I have to say it is a blatant and tired excuse to cover up the truth. The truth of the matter is that the band had not gotten along on multiple levels for some time. On a musical level, there were moments of joy, inspiration, fun ... at times. But let's not forget the multiple trips to rehab every member of the band had taken (with the exception of one member — no need to mention his name). "Personally speaking, I choose to look forward to the future and performing with a group of friends I have known my entire life, people who have always had my back," Weiland continued. "This also speaks to my commitment to my music and my fellow bandmates in [sTONE TEMPLE PILOTS] and to the fans who I feel would much rather watch a group of musicians who enjoy being together as opposed to a handful of discontents who at one time used to call themselves a gang." In conclusion, Weiland warned fans not to be "fooled by veiled trickery," and even wished VELVET REVOLVER his best. "Good hunting, lads — I think Sebastian Bach would be a fantastic choice." JA )ali i dosta ljudi koji ih mrze. Ali to je zato sto vecina tih ljudi nije cula njihove najbolje pesme. P.S Mislio sam da te malo pustim na basketu,al' sad si najeb'o.
