In the same year under the name Subhuman Abstract band makes a rehearsal record on a tape recorder and distributes it among their friends.At that moment it was the first Russian funeral doom band. In 2004 the band changed name to Comatose Vigil and was noticed by Russian label Stygian Crypt. They signed a contract for one album which was released in autumn 2005 on a new Stygian Crypt’s sub label Marche Funebre. In September 2006 Comatose Vigil signed a new contract with Moscow label Solitude Productions for a single, for their second album. Discography: 2003 Rehearsal (Demo) 2005 Not A Gleam Of Hope (Marche Funebre) 2006 Narcosis EP (Solitude Productions) Line-up: Depressant - Keys, Bass Vragomor - Vocals, Drums Alexander - Guitar Odlican bend, preslusao sam album Not A Gleam Of Hope i prosto me je odusevio atmosferom i fenomenalnim aranzmanima u pesmama koje su svaka u proseku oko 20 minuta. doombringer Posted April 9, 2007 Report post Posted April 9, 2007 Fantastican bend, jes' da nisu napravili revoluciju u muzici (originalnost im nije jaca strana), ali ovo sto su uradili je stvarno vrh. Nema tu neke muzicke originalnosti vec se aranzmani potenciraju kao merilo kreativnosti. Al` sam se prosrao sad..........ma nema veze...... Pa vec smo konstatovali da su dobri bez obzira na neoriginalnost, a tacno je ovo sto je napisala Nocturnal Dismay, 100% su se drogirali SoD-om (izmedju ostalog) i to se narocito odnosi na pevaca, samo je steta sto solo gitarista nije pratio klavijaturistu pa da zvuce potpunije i bogatije. Lou Posted September 20, 2011 Report post Posted September 20, 2011 Album je jaka osmica, produkcijski i idejno. Očekivao sam nešto nalik njihovom prvencu, kad ono... mali zaokret. Klavijature su malo više postavljene u miksu i nose više melodije, kao i gitare. Bubnjevi standardno minimalistički za žanr, ne bih se žalio na malo više detalja. Ako je prvi album bio odjek bola u mračnom beznađu, ovaj je stajanje na litici pred nesagledivom provalijom dok vetar udara sa svih strana. I to mi se sviđa.
