Eluveitie is a name in Gaulish language, which is an ancient Celtic language. Since it's not a living language anymore, nobody really knows how it's pronounced like. All we have today of this language is scientific reconstruction and in today's science it's pronounced as "El-Vey-Ti", but really, it's hard to know. EnKi Posted May 23, 2008 Report post Posted May 23, 2008 Sastavljao sam ja pre nekoliko godina, onako za sebe, diktionarijume: galsko- , bretonsko-, velsko-, kornvolsko-, manx-, irsko- i skotsko-srpski...Izvori su bili oskudni, kada sam dobio stalan pristup internetu malo sam ih dopunio, ali sam ubrzo sve zabatalio. Jedino je bretonsko-engleski word doc. jos u nekoj fazi klinicke smrti, ali nije mi zanimljivo raditi na necemu sto moze lako da se pronadje na mrezi... Inace, u mojoj elektronskoj biblioteci imam i skeniran Prirucnik za kornvolski jezik na engleskom, izdat 1904. Takodje, O slicnosti velske i bretonske fonologije (1913.), kao i Leksikon kornvolskog jezika sa preko 400 str. iz 1865. Ali, nisu to neke retkosti...Imam i audio snimak poslednjeg (pretpostavlja se) nativnog govornika menshkog - kratka ribarska konverzacija (1948.) Jedva cekam onaj folk album Eluviueitieiuoa !
