Pohovani svinjski mozak je prava poslastica. Ne znam zasto ljudi izbegavaju da ga jedu, kao i prasece testise (takodje specijalitet). Uopste se ne salim! Koliko god da ima, jos niko od malo mozga nije umro. Inace je zivotinjska mast daleko zdravija od biljne (koju ljudski organizam skoro uopste ne moze da svari, vec je samo talozi). feyd Posted September 3, 2007 Report post Posted September 3, 2007 stavis malo ulja u tiganj, ubacis ociscene i iseckane lignje, dinstas pokljopljeno nekih 20-ak minuta (dolivas malo vode ako treba). ne treba dodavati soli, posto su lignje dovoljno slane po sebi, eventualno dodas malo bibera ako ti je gusht. ocistis dosta belog luka, sitno iseckas, pomesas sa sitno seckanim persunovim listom i maslinovim uljem. kada su lignje gotove, skines tiganj sa vatre i prelijes ih mesavinom belog luka, persunovog lista i maslinovog ulja. ostavis da stoji par minuta u poklopljenoj posudi i upropastis se jeduci. Guest IN THE NAME OF GUUUZ Posted September 21, 2007 Report post Posted September 21, 2007 pun mi kurac ovog paradajza koji nije nikakav, jedva čekam kiseli kupus, pa da uzmem lončugu od 10 litara, da natrpam red kupusa, red suvog mesa (slaninice, kobaje, rebarca, kolenica...) do gore, pa uz to opalim kuvana krompira u ljusci, a onda preko toga opalim par kila špriceri!!!
