VON, BEHERIT i PROFANATICA uticaj mi je nekako najocigledniji, al nisu se zadrzali samo na tome. Zvuk gitare je bas dobar, vokal je gadan sa nekim zajebanim eho efektom.. kratko, al konkretno i bestijalno. To se cijeni. Provrteo sam sva izdanja i nema greške, to je taj usisivač zvuk koji se voli ovuda. Nego preko NB sam otkrio i SANGUIS IMPEREM, imaju split, svideo mi se njihov deo pa sam pojurio ostatak diskografije: MMVII (demo) Stagnation of centuries EP Sirovi death sa ponegde zabadačkim sporim deonicama i dobrim, živim zvukom. Primetio sam dva-tri puta da je neko spomenuo da je uradio omot pomenutom bendu, pa sam video ime i to je bilo to. Sve posle toga si ti uradio. Nema potreba za tim fazonom "nemaš druga posla nego da gledaš...", niti te vređam, niti zajebavam. Making quite an impression and becoming a force within the death metal underground with their self-released now out of print “Archaeaeon” debut, where the band introduced the death metal world with their brand of time-stretching vitriolic complex brutal ambient death metal. The band would inevitably gain the reputation as one of Canada’s most devastating and creative death metal bands today. And since the state within the current landscape of Canadian death metal today hasn’t really shown its promise in what seems like ages, MITOCHONDRION (who initially hailed from the area that encases the infamous Ross Bay cemetery) would begin to help signal a paradigm shift where, along with their fellow comrades in the elite Canadian Satanic death/black metal band Weapon, would in-turn help lead a movement destined to bring awareness to where the new elite sanctions within the Canadian extreme metal scene now lie.
