Elem, Subterranean Masquerade je avant-garde/progressive metal bend, osnovan 1997. godine od strane gitariste i songwritera Tomera Pinka. Bend je uglavnom etiketiran pod odrednicom progressive metal, ali u svojoj muzici više nego odlično kombinuju elemente džeza, psihodeličnog roka i avangarde. U bend su tokom karijere učestvovali članovi bendova poput Arcturus, Agalloch, Novembers Doom... Do sada imaju izdat jedan EP pod nazivom Temporary Psychotic State iz 2004. godine, i jedan full-length Suspended Animation Dreams iz 2005. U januaru 2007. najavljen je novi album pod nazivom In Pastille Colors, i postoje glasine da bi mogao da ugleda svetlost dana tokom ove godine. Uglavnom, to je taj vokal, violinica, gitara pojacana.
