morbid god Posted February 13, 2011 Report post Posted February 13, 2011 Nevjerovatno je koliko se ovdje komentarisu neki skroz nebitni bendovi, ili se vrti jedna te ista prezvakana prica na temama kultnih bendova. Al zato ni jednog komentara na potonji album koji je izdao NEGATIVE PLANE. Sramota, jedan ovako originalan bend i album imaju tolko komentara koliko se na tutu-rutu temama ispuca za 20 minuta(sto je najgore, pola komentara na NP temi je spam ) Stained Glass Revelations iliti 'Otkrovenja vitraza' je po meni jedan od glavnih favorita za najbolji BM album 2011. godine. Pocevsi od zagonetnog naziva i kovera, ovi fanatici kreiraju okultni black metal koji se ne moze uporediti sa nekim konkretnim bendom. Black metal sa progressive/heavy/doom elementima, tehnicki bas dobra svirka koja je upotpunjena odgovarajucom zamucenom produkcijom uz odgovarajuci eho. Tremolo rifovi, odlicne solaze, unikatni vokali, mocno bubnjanje, bass gitara koja se perfektno cuje. Takodje, dosta se racuna vodilo o strukturi kompozicija koje prelaze 7 minuta svaka. I kao slag na torti, ezotericna atmosfera koju pospjesuju horror klipovi (orgulje, klavir, horovi). The soundtrack to Gothic horror ‘Stained Glass Revelations’ is evocative, occult, eerie and transcendent! Must have izdanje. Grobodan Posted March 23, 2011 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 BAND OF THE WEEK: NEGATIVE PLANE (USA) i heard some bithcing about there not being enough black or death metal at BOTW - well guess what - band of the week means ONLY THAT. a band every week. people oughta know that i was born in 71 and raised on heavy metal since late 60s sounds, so all kinds of "HEAVY" will have a natural place here GODDAMNIT, hehe. Well anyway, here is a band that is both black and death, just like in the old days when the bands weren't easily PIDGEONholed. i also reviewed this for German ROCK HARD magazine, ofcourse giving this reverb filled masterpiece a very high score. note the top comment on this youtube clip (they are not on myspace - hardly anywhere, haha) from the guy that complains about the sound - lamest whining i EVER read! black and death is SUPPOSED to sound like this. Not some instant gratification plastic streamlined soulless shit.
