To je kao kada Joy Division sviraju Sonic Youth ili kada Pixies sviraju David Bowie-a. Bend je nastao u aprilu 2012. Halftones su Suzana Sumrah, Vlatko Džogović, Nikola Urošević i Nikola Roglić. U avgustu 2012. su samostalno snimili i izdali istoimeni EP. 2013 bendu se pridružuju gitaristi Filip (Bag Of Dicks) i Bruno.
