    Following reports that CANDLEMASS guitarist Mats "Mappe" Björkman had been sentenced to two years in a Swedish prison, convicted of grand theft following an investigation that revealed that he and an accomplice stole CDs from the Entertainment Network Scandinavia AB warehouse where the pair worked, the band have issued the following statement:

     

    "Candlemass' answer to the crap that’s been published lately is very simple: NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!

     

    The band will record the planned EP, Lucifer Rising, in April WITH MAPPE...

     

    Candlemass will also tour the States WITH MAPPE in May and June and also record the follow up to King Of The Grey Islands this coming autumn WITH MAPPE!!

     

    Despite what’s been said in the press the band is very optimistic about the future.

     

    2008 and 2009 will be two great years for Candlemass.

     

    Don’t believe everything you read!!"

    Kako je jezivo dobar refren na "Isolation (The Loneliness In December)". Mikkel Sandager pjeva fantasticno!

     

     

    Još jedan odličan album ovog benda! Kao što si 'kolega' pomenuo, refren Isolation (ali i ostatak pesme!) je po meni najbolji na albumu. Mada evo polako mi album ulazi sve više pod kožu!

    NEVERMORE's upcoming DVD - The Year Of The Voyager - is due out this fall via Century Media. The band filmed their October 11th, 2006 gig in Bochum, Germany and the setlist was as follows: 'Final Product', 'My Acid Words', 'What Tomorrow Knows'/'Garden Of Grey', 'Next In Line', 'Enemies Of Reality', 'I, Voyager', 'The River Dragon Has Come', 'I Am The Dog', 'Dreaming Neon Black', 'Noumenon', 'Inside Four Walls', 'Politics Of Ecstasy', 'Dead Heart In A Dead World', 'Matricide', 'The Learning', 'Sentient 6', 'Narcosynthesis', 'The Heart Collector', 'Born', 'This Godless Endeavor'.

     

    "That's been a nightmare to deal with, but it's finally getting sorted out," Nevermore singer Warrel Dane told BW&BK about the DVD process recently. "There's a company in Germany that's editing the whole thing right now. I'm going over to Germany in March to help because the first cut didn't turn out so great. The footage is good, but the first edit was bad. It was like an MTV video, not a live show. So I have to go over and fix the problem. There's been other issues in terms of getting it released that we are trying to get resolved and it's been a nightmare."
