pa comalies ih je u amerci nevidjeno proslavio, zato sto ameri slusaju govno od muzike. i sve sto ima zenske vokale misle da je dobro ko evanescence (koje je jos jedno americko govno od benda). i dalje smatram in a reverie, kao njihovi naj album, i mislim da su posle toga sve isli dalje i dalje od svoga prvobitnog zvuka da bi stigli do nekog "nu-goth" zvuka (koji lici na americku "goth" skolu).

THERION Mainman: 'All The Songs For The Next Album Are Finished' THERION mainman Christofer Johnsson (guitar/vocals) revealed during an interview with Metal Temple magazine's Ian Kaatz at this year's ProgPower USA (Sept. 15-17 at Eartlink Live, Atlanta, GE) festival that the band are planning a multi-disc DVD release, tentatively due in March 2006. A couple of excerpts from the chat follow: Metal Temple: Have you started writing any new material? Christofer Johnsson: "We have all the songs for the next record finished." Metal Temple: Wow. Christofer Johnsson: "We recorded enough material for three albums but only released two albums, so we have to catch up." Metal Temple: Does the new material sound similar to the double disc ("Lemuria" and "Sirius B"; Nuclear Blast Records, 2004)? Christofer Johnsson: "It's not a double disc, not to be picky. It is two different records but they were sold together as a double disc because not many people have that much money. It was way over-stocked by distributors in the U.S, so that's why they still have it. We didn't limit in numbers. For three months people can buy as much as they like. The third one was recorded in the same time frame, so it will be closer to these ones than to our previous records. That doesn't mean it will sound the same. We divided the three records upon different solo songs. We saved the more progressive ones for the third one." Metal Temple: Oh, okay, that sounds really sweet. Do you have a release date for the DVD? Because I know that in the previous interview you did with Metal Temple, you said you were working on a live DVD. TRISTANIA To Record New Album In February Norwegian symphonic metal band TRISTANIA have posted the following message on their official web site: "First of all we would like thank the ones that showed up and supported us on Wave Gotik Treffen, Summer Breeze and Wacken Open Air. We had a great time. "As most of you know by now; we're currently in writing mode. Østen [bergoy, vocals] has been writing quite some of the lyrics, and both Anders [H. Hidle, guitar] and Einar [Moen, keyboards/programming] are working busily with pre-production of the songs. Right now we are starting to jam on the new material as a complete band in the rehearsal room. We learned with 'Ashes' [2005] how fruitful this can turn out; especially considering the vocals. The whole band is shaping the material together during this process, and each member adds a personal touch to his/her lines. Usually new ideas also is born through this process, and to a certain degree we are composing music from scratch this way. This time around we also have a 'new' creative force in Svein Terje [solvang, guitar] . "Not doing too many gigs at the moment, as we want to focus on the song writing. One of the few concerts we will do this period is in Norway: We will play the Karmøygeddon Arctic Festival, in Haugesund on November 12th — together with TÖMMERMENN (some of us are huge fans of their music) and EVERGREY, among others. "We were earlier hoping to do a full U.S. tour during this autumn. Although a couple of offers came up, the right offer to support a headliner that somehow fits our sound didn't come up this time. The reason for this was mainly that a possible U.S. tour would need to take place within a quite short time frame (after the summer festivals, before pre-production of the upcoming album). As U.S. is a new territory to tour for us (Metalfest, L.A. in 2000 is our only U.S. gig so far) we need to support a bigger band in order to tour the States. Of course, no one can control who is touring at a given time, but we're confident that the first proper U.S. tour will happen after the release of next year's album. We know from all the fan mail we have got during the years that a lot of people want us to come to U.S. Well, soon you will get this opportunity — we hope you'll use it! "Everything goes really well concerning writing the new material. Einar has built a home studio in the basement of his house, and we work there almost every weekend with pre-production of the new songs — using Nuendo. Quite soon we will also have ready a recording room for vocals connected to the studio. Other than that we are e-mailing ideas back and forth to each other and it slowly the songs are developed. We are extremely eager about the new stuff, and we feel that we have the basis for some very solid songs at the moment. In the spirit of TRISTANIA the new material is quite diverse. A couple of the tracks will include some doomy stuff, and we are working on an industrial piece. A couple of the songs can be described as dark atmospheric stuff. There will be some heavy guitar based tracks, which at least we find very catchy. In the end it is too early to tell which songs that will make it to the album, still we're confident that we will end up with an album we will be proud of. "Concerning producer and choice of studio, this decision has already been made. We will wait a little bit with publishing these details, because we first want everything to be 100% confirmed. We will come together with the producer in December, and work on the songs together. If it works out like we think it will do, we will go for this choice — and we will record the album in February, with a planned release before the summer. After the release we will be ready for heavy touring again. "Looking forward to see you guys again then!"

Wintersun Recordings For 2nd Album Starts In May 2006 We have booked studios to record the second Wintersun album. The recordings will start in May 2006 at Sonic Pump Studios with Nino Laurenne. The mixing will happen in the beginning of July. There´s still work that needs to be done with the songs, but I´m sure we´ll get there. I believe that this will be a very strong album and I´m very excited about it! The working title for the album is "Time". -Jari

ARSIS To Release New EP In October U.S. epic melodic death metallers ARSIS are scheduled to release their new three-song EP, "A Diamond for Disease", on October 25 via Willowtip Records. Featuring the 13-minute title track, originally composed as a score for New York City's Ballet Deviare, "A Diamond for Disease" is said to be "by far the band's most advanced material to date, as it was written from a standpoint of orchestral-like complexity, and as such, embraces a painstaking degree of detail in both harmony arrangement and melodic counterpoint." "A Diamond For Disease" was recorded with Eyal Levi (MISERY INDEX) at Hairy Breakfast Productions and mastered by James Murphy (DEATH, TESTAMENT, DISINCARNATE). September 14th 2oo5 After spending literally the whole swedish summer (and not seeing much of it) in a barn called Fascination Street studios, working day and night to finish our 7th full-length album, we finally made it - the album is recorded and mixed and will be mastered tomorrow at Cutting Room, Stockholm. Release-date, album/song titles and artwork to be announced and presented in one of the next updates. Now, the band departs to Mother Russia for the weekend for a two-gig happening, a rather good oportunity to celebrate the massive work we now leave behind us. Let the vodka flow!
