What a bombastic album! Starting with the instrumental intro, "Solitaire", followed by the atypical but great up-tempo track, "Rule the world". With the title-track, "Ghost opera" comes an opulent track perfectly living up to its name. "The human stain" is a bit like "The haunting" from the last opus, very heavy and gloomy. "Blücher" is a rhythmic song that puts you in trance and makes you addicted. The next song, "Love you to death" is an Oriental-like power ballad that causes you shivers down the spine, followed by the heavy "Up through the ashes", maybe the heaviest Kamelot song ever. The speed remains, "Mourning star" and "Silence of the darkness" are whipping around your ears, before "Anthem" is a purely orchestral song. The album is of high quality all the way and ends with the Kamelot-typical "Eden echo". Get your copy quickly because the limited edition features a bonus track as well as a DVD with the impressive clip for the title track as well as many extras. (Markus Wosgien / 13.04.2007)

    Malo sam se razocarao mislio sam da ce biti neki live video uz DVD pa da se nadam da je onaj iz bg-a, ali malo sutra.Ali dobro jedva cekam spot i album naravno.

    A što se tiče albuma, gotov je i oni sada uživaju u njemu, kažu da je najbolji njihov album do sada i zato: JEDVA ČEKAM!!! :D

    Kamelot su do sada snimili 4 odlična albuma: The Fourth Legacy, Siege Perilous, Dominion i Eternity, zatim 1 dobar album - Karma, 1 prosečan album - Epica, i 1 dosadan album - The Black Halo. Mišljenja sam (ako je suditi po 3 pesme koje odslušah) da će novi album biti najgori u dosadašnjoj karijeri. Kakav je to bend kada na koncertima više ne svira sjajne pesme poput Millennium, Shadow Of Uther, Silent Goddess, Dominion, Rise Again, Until Kingdom Come, ..........? Da li je moguće da se oni sada stide tih pesama, ili toliko nemaju sluha da ocene koje su im pesme najbolje u karijeri? To sigurno nisu ove pop pesmice koje zadnjih nekoliko godina snimaju. Bruka i prava šteta za bend koji sam nekada davno voleo. U potpunosti shvatam zašto ih sada gotivi pretežno ženska publika. :no: :no: :no:
