I never listened to this group so I will ask you is this slow or fast music. I like it melodic, progressive and faster.

Hi! First of all, I would say that The Pineapple Thief don't play progressive metal. For me, this band is the musical link between english alternative pop rock (Radiohead, Coldplay, ...) and Porcupine Tree 90's. So their music is progressive and melodic, but not very fast.

Ok. You just listed 3 bands that I hate very much. Thank you for explanation. It will be useful to some other members. Phideaux is more for me.

I like Riverside very much. From Poland, I also listen to Indukti, Quidam and Collage.

Rain: Cerulean Blue (UK-2004).

Good atmospheric progressive rock.

I'd like just to add that Polish (underground) prog scene is really huge and in some hand very underrated. I've found so many great bands that are serried with bands from German, Italian even UK progressive/psychedelic/folk scene.

@PhideauxFan: how many pieces do you have? In total?

Hi! I have got 400 original CDs of progressive rock/metal.

Hermelin: s/t (Germany-2008).

Instrumental progressive/post-rock music. It is in free download. :pivopije:

400... impressive!

We could use more of these download links :haha: keep getting there...

400... impressive!

Thank you! :pivopije:

But in the last 10 years, I had many more CDs of progressive rock/metal (between 700 and 800). I just resold all the albums I didn't like very much.

The Pax Cecilia: Blessed Are The Bonds (USA-2007).

A good album in free download, between post rock/metal and progressive music.
