Inace su grunge, iz njih proizaslo mnogo bendova (Pearl Jam, Mudhoney etc.) Iako su im predvidjali blistavu karijeru, pjevac Andrew Wood je umro od predoziranja kokainom. U njegovo ime oformljen je tribute bend Temple Of The Dog... (Chris Corrnel, Stone Gossard, Eddie Vedder etc.) Izdali 2 albuma.. ako ko oce da dignem na rapid..Najbolje pjesme po meni Stardog Champio, Come Bite The Apple i mnoge druge.. Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns se smatra njihovim remek-delom, u rangu najvecih rok pesama tipa stairway to heaven ili child in time.
