Kupio sam danas Helloween - Walls of Jericho i pročitao na bukletu intervju sa Weikath-om, gde ovaj kaže da su po produkciji hteli da kopiraju album benda Malice - In the Begining. Taj album nisam našao na netu, ali sam skinuo onaj koji su izdali posle njega - License to Kill iz 1986. Uz to, informisao sam se da su im se dve pesme našle još na kompilaciji Metal Massacre iz 1982. Nisu dugo postojali, do 1989, mada je bilo nekih pokušaja obnavljanja aktivnosti. Piše za njih da najviše liče na Judas priest. Pa, između ostalog, ima i uticaja Priest-a, ali ja bih ipak rekao da je ono tipičan američki hard/heavy bend, barem na pomenutom albumu. Ima finih pesama, vredi čuti, u svakom slučaju.

    Reunited MALICE Taps HELSTAR Singer - Apr. 19, 2011

     

    Reunited Los Angeles heavy metal legends MALICE have recruited journeyman metal lead singer James Rivera to front the band. James is the singer and driving force behind HELSTAR, and has been "the guy" for bands like VICIOUS RUMORS, SEVEN WITCHES and FLOTSAM AND JETSAM on numerous albums and world tours.

     

    MALICE is currently rehearsing in Los Angeles and will soon to head to Europe in to co-headline the Keep It True festival in Germany on April 30 and play in Switzerland at Rock City (near Zurich) on May 1.

     

    The band released an album titled "The Rare And Unreleased" last year on Retrospect Records in is hard at work on new material for its long-awaited new studio CD.
