The following statement has been issued by NIKLAS KVARFORTH and SHINING regarding the delayed release of the band’s seventh album “VII / Född Förlorare”: "As everyone is more than aware, “Shining VII” has been delayed an unacceptably long time. There have been a lot of rumours as to why this should be, so we have decided to set the record straight once and for all. Despite the fact that the album was recorded two years ago, it has still not been mixed. Our producer has been concentrating on recording other artists instead of finishing the job on “Shining VII”. It is not SHINING’s fault and it is not Indie Recordings’ fault that the album still has not appeared, and I am sure you will understand when we say that nobody wants this album released more than ourselves and Indie. No doubt some of you will be wondering whether the tour with WATAIN will still go on, since the album will not be out by then, but we have no plans to cancel and it will go ahead as planned. Pa jbg, to je već subjektivna stvar.

Ne znam koji problem imate sa tim, pa normalno je da se na kraju godine sve sumira i da se prave liste. Ako za 5 godina budem i dalje slušao neki album on će ići u listu najboljih u 5 godina, ne samo u ovoj godini. Ako si već cele godine skidao nove albume, preslušavao, neke zaboravio a neki su ti postali favoriti - što da se ne napravi lista?

Pa što to ne reče ranije? Oni silni ljudi što su išli na silne koncerte u Zagreb i super se proveli nisu ni znali da ne treba da idu tamo nego samo u Udine, jadni.

WOLF will release its sixth studio album in the spring via Century Media Records. Entitled "Legions Of Bastards", the CD is described in a press release as "heavy" and "metal." Nothing more, nothing less. Producer Pelle Saether of Studio Underground in Sweden has given the album a heavy and raw sound that these excellent new tracks deserve. Fans of WOLF's previous efforts such as "Evil Star", "The Black Flame" and "Ravenous" will not be disappointed, as the band kept true to its vision of what good ol' in-your-face heavy metal is about.
