She's going to the band's October 3 show at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida with her son, Jim Priebe. While Margaret was fighting cancer — and getting chemo — she'd stay up late and listen to METALLICA on her MP3 player, especially the band's live recording with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra. She says the heavy metal band got her through the tough times. "I always liked rock music," Priebe said. "I love drums, and I like the way they play." Sto se mene tice, album je ono sto sam i ocekivao - "primitivno" ostvarenje u maniru starijih radova. U principu mi se svidja Infernus-ov smisao za pisanje tih molskih rifova i melodija pa toga ima i ovde i, sto rece Grob, korektno je i ima sta da se cuje generalno ali je jasno da ne moze ni da pridje jednom "Under The Sign Of Hell", na primer. Ima dobrih stvari a ima i dosadnih (kao prva, npr). Ali ok, slusace se jos pa ce se dati konacan sud.

French death metallers GOROD will take part in Evento 2009, a new biennial event that will take place October 9-18 throughout the urban public space of the city of Bordeaux, France. This year's edition will present artistic, theoretical and performative interventions by over 50 participants, articulated by the notion of Collective Intimacy, the concept proposed by its curator, Didier Fiúza Faustino. GOROD will perform inside Portuguese artist João Onofre's "Box Sized Die" installation, a soundproof, steel-walled cube, an homage to Tony Smith's DIE, an icon of American sculpture dating from 1962. At the beginning of the performance, they will play with the door open (normal concert volume level). Then the door will be shut and nothing more will be heard outside. As the cube has no ventilation, the concert will last at most 14 minutes, after which the exhausted band will open the door again. Onofre has worked with several other metal bands in the past, including Swiss melodic death metallers DARKMOON, who performed inside "Box Sized Die" at last year's Art Basel, described as "the most prestigious international art fair."
