Posle Follow The Reapera nista nije isto,prva tri albuma rasturacine a posle sve slabije,mada mi je ovaj Relentles malo laksi za svarivanje od Bloodrunka koji je po meni najgori album,opet nista...

Nece oni vise izdati nista rasturacki,samo ce da namacinju stare fore i ubace par novih idejica da se krcka... Mada ko zna,mozda ih pukne nekad da se vrate na stari neoclasical fazon.

Kissing The Shadows je beše na brzinu napisana u studiju? Koliko eona nisam čuo te albume, tačno bih mogao.

Jeste,nju su tokom snimanja napisali... Mada,mislim da je Downfall najbolja.

Nek batale oni snimanje albuma jos neko vreme, vracanje na staro sa odsustvom ideja je tragedija u najavi...

Ja sam se razocarao u bend kada sam u intervjuu sa klavijaturistom procitao da oni izdaju albume samo da bi mogli da idu na turneje.

To je vec krenulo od Are You Dead Yet,mada smucilo se njima i da prase turneje,sjebe te godinu i po dana turneje. Sve ogromne bendove pokrecu pare,a jebu ih izdavacke kuce koje zaradjuju na njima.

Tek će sad da se vrti para i zarada:

 

Finnish metallers CHILDREN OF BODOM have inked a worldwide deal (excluding Japan) with Nuclear Blast Records. The band, which kicked off a year-long celebration of its 15th anniversary with a successful North American tour alongside labelmates ELUVEITIE, has a new studio album planned for release in 2013.

Finnish metal superstars Children of Bodom are currently busy in their own studio in Helsinki, recording ten new tracks for the upcoming 8th album release. This new album will follow previous album "Relentless Reckless Forever" (reviewed here).

The band has now uploaded a short video from the recording to give an update on the sessions. Check it out at the band's Facebook profile here.

For the recording of the new release, Children of Bodom has teamed up with recording engineer Mikko Karmila, who worked with the band on "Hatebreeder," "Follow the Reaper," and "Hate Crew Deathroll" as well as producer Peter Tägtgren (Marduk, Amon Amarth), who is overseeing production of both vocals and keyboards on the record.

The yet-untitled album is scheduled for a summer 2013 release via Nuclear Blast. Stay tuned for further information.

Finnish metallers CHILDREN OF BODOM have set "Halo Of Blood" as the title of their eighth studio album, due on June 11 in North America via Nuclear Blast Records. The cover art was created by Sami Saramäki, who was responsible for the artwork on previous CHILDREN OF BODOM albums "Follow The Reaper", "Are You Dead Yet?" and "Hate Crew Deathroll".

 

CHILDREN OF BODOM's new CD was recorded at Danger Johnny Studios in Helsinki. For the recording of the LP, CHILDREN OF BODOM has teamed up with recording engineer Mikko Karmila, who worked with the band on their fan-favorite albums "Hatebreeder", "Follow The Reaper" and "Hate Crew Deathroll", as well as Swedish producer Peter Tägtgren (MARDUK, AMON AMARTH), who oversaw production of both vocals and keyboards on the record. The album was mixed at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki.

 

Commented CHILDREN OF BODOM guitarist/vocalist Alexi Laiho: "'Halo Of Blood' is the eighth studio album from CHILDREN OF BODOM, and believe it or not, but we still managed to keep it fresh and new while still maintaining the elements that make COB sound recognizable. It's got the fastest and the slowest song we ever made and lyrics wise there are themes we had never had before. It's 10 new songs of pure Nordic metal and whether you enjoy it with a beer or a glass of water, I’m sure you will have a good time."

 

Added CHILDREN OF BODOM bass player Henkka Seppälä about the artwork: "We wanted to have a winter scene. Somehow it fits well with the atmosphere of the music and the composing session. It could be Lake Bodom, actually, frozen, with people trapped under the ice. Very Finnish looking scene. We were really happy how Sami created the whole imagery!"

"Halo Of Blood" is expected to feature a guest appearance by ANNIHILATOR mainman] Jeff Waters.

 

"I played on ANNIHILATOR's album 'Metal' in 2007, so the way I see it, Jeff Waters owes BODOM a solo or two! It's payback time," Laiho told Soundi magazine.

Neverovano koliko su postali nebitni

Apsolutno... Nekada su bili do jaja bend, kvalitet suvi, a onda su se okrenuli amerima i skejterima... Po imenima pesama se nadam da ce malo povratiti mracniji stil iz ranijih radova, da ce se vratiti korenima.

nazivi pesama i omot su nyah. svidja mi se sto je Pera radio produkciju, gostovanje Waters-a, sto su vratili pesmu koja sadrzi 'bodom' u nazivu, a i povezivanje sa FTR, AYDY i HCD u bilo kom smislu mi deluje obecavajuce, videcemo.
