Ostavljao sam linkove na death forumu,ali ipak nekako mislim da je grupi mesto ovde.

U osnovi sviraju prog/death ali sa raznim uticajima,kao sto je emperor,dream theater,therion,prosto receno muzike ima od slayera do the kovenant,pa i filmske i odlicnih ambijentala.

Imaju dva dema i ove godine je izasao album pod nazivom Cybion,evo linka pa prosudite sami

    KALISIA is a french Progressive and Melodic Death Metal band formed in 1994. They released a demo in 1995 called “Skies” described as a the death metal version of Dream Theater. They played a few gigs (Emperor, Samael, My Dying Bride, Therion…) and then started working on an ambitious concept album, “Cybion” consisting of one and only song that took the band about 8 years of work to fulfill.

Far from being just a simple translation of French or English with different words, this articulated language possesses its own grammar, semantic and etymology, and its calligraphy is also unique. Kal results from the study of different living, dead or imaginary languages such as Sanskrit, Latin, English, Arabic, Greek, German, Japanese, and even Quenya and Tengwar.     muzicki, album je jednolican i muzicka rijesenja se cesto ponavljaju, bez cvrste strukture ili nekog osjecaja razvoja

    ne svidja mi se. prenabreknuto je i dosadno. histericno i kicasto do bola. ima dobrih ideja ali nema nista originalno (naravno, ima i ne-tako-dobrih ideja i krajnje iritatnih momenata)

    produkcija je kul ali nista groundbreaking.

     

    slusanje ovog albuma mi je doslo kao gledanje nekog akcionog holivudskog flick-a sa puno novih fensi specijalnih efekata (tipa star wars ili terminator 2 onda kad su izasli). vidis specijalne efekte i sve si vidio. ni ne zelis opet da ga vidis ..ni zbog cega drugog osim eventualno specijalnih efekata

     

    vokali su kul, pogotovo growl, i svirka je na vrhunskom nivou. to su neke pozitivne strane sto se mene tice

     

     

    edit: a to sa izmisljenim jezikom je retardirano. totalno djetinjasto. ko jos zeli da slusa izmisljene jezike

    mayhem je bio donekle originalan, nista pretjerano groundbreaking, ali definitivno nisu bili plagijatori u samome startu, imali su dusu

     

    ..

    nakon vise slusanja cybion-a neke stvari su mi dosta usle u uvo, ali cjelina ostavlja jos uvijek slab dojam

    ali ne kazem da citava stvar ne valja, tacno je da 'to rade sa stilom'.
