"NADIMAC Drzavni Neprijatelj Broj Kec (Area Death Productions) 36:43min Metal from the Czech countries (NADIMAC hail from Serbien - Frank) usually sounds schizophrenic; that is, just barely held together by whatever demented geniuses are at work within each respective band. NADIMAC is no exception to this tradition begun by MASTER'S HAMMER and ROOT. A number of flaws mar this album (muffled production being one of them) but for a new band, this is a noteworthy achievement. Sometimes an album need not be good by itself to entertain. Rather, sometimes it's merely the knowing that the songwriters know their music enough to write songs that recount all the parts of Metal that you love to hear. This is also their official humongous scale barrage debut of Old School Speed / Thrash Metal with tiny bits of Crossover Metal disarray (D.R.I and Municipal Waste like stuff) . Again, the nasty fatso clown, the band’s image and mascot, is sitting alongside and hanging out while the entire world is rotting all around and brought down to its knees by chaos and disorder. This picture is what Old School Thrash is partially all about – dominative disorder all around while society crumbles. Drzavni Neprijatelj Broj Kec is the band’s latest treat of an effort after months of excessive recording and heavy loads of studio time. All the songs taken from the early Metal Je Rat were re-recorded and the majority of them obtained a more commanding stance than presented on the EP. The only negative detail regarding the new production, which is fairly good (although some of you might have to get used to the bit annoying snare sound), is the re-recording of the band’s greatest hit – “Metal Je Rat” (if you read the early review of the EP – it means “Metal Is War”). The EP version of the track was far better than the new featured one, the old one felt looser and wilder (just like an old Kreator number from their first two albums) in comparison to the new version , which is also good , yet it seems subdued to changes that aren’t done well to it. The fresh material, sideways from the other re-recorded songs taken from the EP, punches and crashes without mercy with a perpetual speed and a bit Punkish like sense. When observing Nadimac it’s easy to notice the nonsense all around as humor is one of the band’s aids within their writing. Even if you don’t understand a word in Serbian, you will be able to experience the band’s fool around manias, occasions which are rather hard to miss (watch one of their videos on their MySpace page and you will see what silly means). As far as the music goes, the material did not undergo any changes since their EP. Nadimac are all a huge fast pace through the Old School world with a fast racer. Their new stuff is simple and it continues the same American roots presented on the premature EP of Bay Area ecstasy with the New York style Punk (maybe that’s why the solos are not so creative). It's also jumpy as hell – a moshpit delight actually and alcoholically full with the ultimate touch of an enthusiast young spirit, yet these guys have to watch their future riffs as they tend to constantly repeat themselves here and there . With hope that sometime in the future, these guys will turn to releasing stuff in English so that all of us Metalheads and Thrashers will appreciate what the laugh is all about. Highlights: Of course “Metal Je Rat” comes to mind because even if the old version is superior than the present one , it’s still a chopping track. With the classic headbanger there are: “Zlo I Naopako” , “Sam Sebi” , “Dlake Na Sapunu” , “Trece Oko” , “Hrani Babu Da Te Ujede” and the smirk of “Bog Cuva Bekriju”.

Poslusao sam pesmu, ono, muzika tj brzina mi se svidja. i produkcija je super, da se ne lazemo, hteo sam opet da cujem Boska, a to je nemoguce(bez patetike i secenja vena al jbg tako je), ovaj novi vokal je ok al ono meni ne lezi( ja nisam neka velicina sto se moje tehnike pevanja tice, ovo kazem kao metal fan) sigurno ce se nekima svideti ... bitno da ste nastavili, to je bitno. terajte dalje .... samo kec 111

jedno je distribucija, ovo nema veze sa tim, ni daggerspawn-ov ni nadimacev lejbel nije radio disto na ovim prostorima pa su bendovi dobilo 150 odnosno 200 cdova.. evo sad kad su se i onioglasili ..ispade da sam bio u pravu, ipak ce biti cdova

Bice bice, sad nam je primarno da preguramo svirke u Bl i NS, a cim cdovi stignu 9a treba jebeno mnogo)jer smo podalje od izdavaca hahha al eto cd izlazi i zvanicno u svetu pocetkom oktobra pa se i mi nadamo da cemo u tom periodu imati cdove...

svaki bend koji izda cd dobije deo cdova, neverujem da je onaj norvezanin toliki rumun da im ne posalje bar 100 komada

evo recenzije i sa SERBIAN METAL ORG " Thrash metalna ekipa Nadimač, ma koliko je neozbiljnom smatrali, sasvim je ozbiljna u ostvarenju postavljenih ciljeva - svirke, album, širenje metala... Svirki imaju, poslednja je bila kao support Municipal Wasteu u beogradskom SKCu, najavljena jedna na (thrash) metal festu u Banjaluci za kraj septembra, album (ovaj ovde) samo što nije objavljen za Area Death Productions (iz Kine!)... A šta je sve to, nego - širenje metala? Zadržimo se za početak na nazivu ovog albuma... bez sumnje - genijalno. Ništa "bolja" situacija nije ni sa nazivima pesama - Metal je rat, Usro si motku, Hrani babu da te ujede, Zmajeva jajca... Nadimač je total thrash/speed metal sastav, ali hardcore (stara škola) momenti im takođe nisu nepoznati, pa će tako pojedini elementi znati da podsete i na kraljeve tog zvuka kod nas - SMF. Dakle, u pitanju je muzika koja u živom izvođenju može izazvati sve akcije iz metal rečnika koncertnih pojmova - headbanging, mosh pit, stage diving itd. A kec ritam, što je sasvim logično, dominira materijalom. Ne bi ni valjalo da je drugačije... Par reči i o produkciji - to je to. Thrash metal sa zajebantskim tekstovima ne bi ni trebao da zvuči drugačije nego što zvuči - živo, sirovo, neispeglano, beskompromisno. Očekuje se da će ovaj album izaći početkom oktobra meseca, a kako je najavljeno iz tabora benda, prvi tiraž je 1000 CDova, od kojih prvih 100 ide kao diehard pakovanje sa prišivačima, majcom, i sl. "DRZAVNI NEPRIJATELJ BROJ KEC NADIMAC Area Death Productions CD Nadimac is one of the strongest forces on Serbian Thrash metal scene and their debut „Drzavni Neprijatelj Broj Kec“ is living proof to my words. But to tell the truth, judging from the inception of the band I never would’ve hought that they will reach this far; the thing is, I got aknowledged with them in their earliest phase through the biggest domestic metal forum and they left the impression of childish fun project to me. Coming of Danilo (also Daggerspawn) on vocals seeemd to solidify the ranks of the troop, the more serious work started so the final result is here - I was indeed wrong about their furure and I am glad beacuse of it! Nadimac is one more Serbian band that got the contract with the foreign label, this work will be soon released through Chinese Area Death but Danilo explained the technical details of the release in the interview, so let’s focus on the actual music here... It should be said that Nadimac bases their thrashing on German legacy, meaning that their songs are totally uncomplicated and to the point, filled to the brim with banging riffs. The guys are good at creating memorable stuff, the refrains are very catchy so the cult status they reached in Serbia in come circles is understandable. Through the years, the guys added more and more Crossover influences in their craft, making their Thrash even more violent and chaotic; also the vocals are more in that vein - comprehendable but still savage. While we’re at it, it should be said that the lyric are on Nadimac’s mother tongue; they are very tongue-in-cheek and describing the shitty reality from humorous angle. Some people maybe will write them off beacuse of song titles like „Dlake na sapunu“ (meaning „Hair on the soap“) but when one reads the lines it is obvious that there is not much more humorous stuff in the song except for the song title. Production is appropriate for the genre, done in best way possible here; I just wish that the drums are more "fat" (so to say) but when one knows the bad state of studios in Serbia all is clear. All in all, "Drzavni Neprijatelj Broj Kec“ is release that can represent Serbian scene without shame so all of you Thrashers out there are well advised to check this one out; as for me – I am going to see Nadimac in live action tomorrow, they are opening for Municipal Waste and I know that it will be sweaty and neck breaking expirience.
