GAMMA RAY Guitarist Forced To Sit Out SWEDEN ROCK CRUISE Appearance Guitarist Henjo Richter of German power metallers GAMMA RAY will be forced to sit out the band's appearance on the Sweden Rock Cruise. The ship Tallink Silja Galaxy departs from Stockholm, Sweden on October 6 and makes a round trip to Turku, Finland to return to Stockholm 23 hours later. Comments GAMMA RAY in a statement: "Unfortunately, we are forced to deliver the bad news that Henjo Richter had a bike accident and broke three ribs and the collarbone, so he will not be able to play on the cruise. Since we couldn't find a replacement and did not want to cancel the show and leave our fans disappointed, we have decided to play the show nevertheless and give our longtime live keyboarder Mr. Corvin Bahn (CRYSTAL BREED) some extraspace and a distortion pedal for his organ sounds. So if you're on the boat and around 1:45 a.m. hear something that sounds like DEEP PURPLE playing GAMMA RAY songs, it's us. Hope you'll enjoy this 'show beyond the ordinary.'" Also scheduled to appear on the Sweden Rock Cruise are ANVIL, DARK FUNERAL, EXODUS, HELIX and HELL. Bas je baksuz Henjo, ovo mu je vec 3-4 put da se povredio/razboleo pa moraju da traze zamenu.

SVE pesme na albumu su dobre, a Till The Day I Die mi je omiljena pesma od ovog benda.

Slazem se. Meni trenutno najvise nedostaju Jasonovi prateci vokali, jer ni Kirk ni Rob ne blistaju po tom pitanju. Zato bi se Pepper super uklopio.

Former RAMONES Bassist Says He Was 'Approached About Joining METALLICA' Twice Former RAMONES bassist C.J Ramone says that he was invited to audition for METALLICA on two separate occasions but turned down the opportunity to join the San Francisco Bay Area-based metal giants. The bassist, whose real name is Christopher Ward, said he was "honored" to be asked to try out for METALLICA but he could not join as his son had just been diagnosed with autism. He told The Great Southern Brainfart, "I was approached about joining METALLICA not once but twice. When Jason [Newsted] first left the band [in 2001] they approached me. A while had gone by and they were having a hard time finding someone, so they approached me again. At the time my son had been diagnosed with autism and there was just no way I could leave him." He continued, "Johnny [Ramone] was actually the one who hooked me up with the audition because he was friends with [METALLICA guitarist] Kirk Hammett. I talked to my son's doctor and explained the opportunity and that I could bring my family out on the road and even hire a nurse. The doctor just told me that my son needed to wake up in the same place every day, he needs to have meals at the same time every day and he needs to go to school everyday and be around other kids. He said that anything other than that could be a detriment." He added, "I was honored that they asked me but there was just no way I could do it. The beautiful part about it all is that now my son is in regular classes at school. He's on the high honor roll and he's even starting his own band now with a couple of friends of his. The change in him from when he was a kid is amazing. I'm not taking credit for it all. There were a lot of people who helped him along the way. If I had not been here, I don't know that the outcome would have been as good and that totally justifies my decision. "I have no regrets. "It would've been great to play with METALLICA after being in the RAMONES. Jesus, that would be just like a too-perfect life [laughs]." C.J Ramone joined the seminal punk band RAMONES in 1989 to replace longtime player Dee Dee Ramone before leaving again in 1996.

Zaboravio sam da napisem da ni Black Album nije thrash Dobar jeste, thrash nije.

Ne lupaj. Megadeth nije thrash jos od Rust In Peace-a. Albumi posle njega jesu dobri (osim Risk-a) ali jednostavno nisu thrash, osim nekih pesama. Svi Metallica albumi osim Load-a, Reload-a i St. Anger-a su thrash.

Pete Sandoval: My back is still healing, but I can't wait no more, I'm all ready beating on my drums with or no pain; it's do it or slowly die! No pain, no gain. So by now everybody knows about me and TERRORIZER returning early next year with our new ultimate and brutal grinding record and a worldwide tour after that, I hope so. There will be a break from MORBID for a couple of years or so; I'm mainly concentrating on having fun with TERRORIZER for a couple of years, you know, and I know anybody the loves grind will anxiously love to witness TERRORIZER live four the first time ever! Som Extremo: What is your opinion about the new album of MORBID ANGEL, "Illud Divinum Insanus"? Sandoval: No comment! I don't play on that album! Som Extremo: If you had recorded the album, what do you think you would have done different in "Illud Divinum Insanus"? Sandoval: More exreme deathgrind metal and less DJ, boring awful typical I care less industrial experimental same as everybody boring bull! This is not what MORBID has been all about! ...Hmmmmmm, and I really care less...!
