Opa, al' soliram ali who gives a shit: British thrashers EVILE have set "Five Serpents' Teeth" as the title of their new album, due on August 29 via Earache Records. The CD was recorded at Parlour Studios in Kettering, U.K., with producer Russ Russell (NAPALM DEATH, DIMMU BORGIR), who also worked on the band's previous CD, 2009's "Infected Nations". Commented EVILE lead guitarist Ol Drake: "The other day, Russ sent the final masters for the album over. It sounded even better than I expected it to. The past two years of hard work, and the work put in in the studio, have really paid off. "The few people who've heard the album so far have praised it highly, making me, and us, very proud. The album has such a unique production sound which surprised me; Russ' skills have really shined on this record. It has an old classic sound, while staying huge and menacing. "Keep an eye out for all things EVILE, as 2011 will be a very busy year for us. See you on A road!"

Since returning from their extensive North American tour as direct support for CRADLE OF FILTH in March, bastard sons of black metal NACHTMYSTIUM have been devising their next studio effort. The current band lineup consists of a majority of the recent touring formation, including Andrew Markuszewski (AVICHI, LORD MANTIS), Charlie Fell (LORD MANTIS, AVICHI), and Sanford Parker (MINSK, CIRCLE OF ANIMALS), and founding guitarist/vocalist Blake Judd. As of now, little more about the album is being released, but according to Judd, "The new record will have a very strong industrial influence in the vein of latter-era MINISTRY, REVOLTING COCKS and NINE INCH NAILS, but also a strong, depressive, old-school black metal influence." More details, including a full-time bassist and more on the upcoming album, will be announced shortly. In the meantime, Judd and NACHTMYSTIUM have confirmed several collaborations with infamous USBM horde VON! Two separate projects are currently underway which involve members of both bands. First up, Judd has been confirmed as one of a dozen notable artists set to collaborate with VON bassist Venien, on a project entitled VON VENIEN. The unit will release a 12-inch single entitled "Empire" via VON's own label Von Music Group. Following that, VMG will also unleash a split between Von and NACHTMYSTIUM via 12-inch MLP and CD, which will include both a new track as well as some VON homage from NACHTMYSTIUM. Nemam nikakav stalni raspored, mogu samo navesti neke albume koji su mi se u više navrata pokazali dobrim u određenu svrhu ili ih u poslednje vreme ponajviše rabim. Inače, ovaj album jebe milosne majke božije. Kao Morbidi sa Tucker-om uz malo finti u fazonu srednjeg perioda Death diskografije (Grobe, kreni da fapuješ). Blasphemer ubio kakve rifove i tonove izvlači, Tucker peva kao da je juče snimio MA albume... Nema šanse da će novi Morbidi biti bolji od ovoga, bolje čekajte ovo.

E da, čudna stvar u vezi "Deconstruction"-a je što se tek od 3. pesme razmahne u malo bržem fazonu, prve dve pesme su totalno opuštencija/srednji tempo fazon.

Još samo spomenite Ulver pa da ode sve u pičku materinu.

Aj' sad ozbiljno, malo prvih utisaka. "Ghost" je divota jedna od albuma. Skroz miran i opušten - akustika, fini vokali, podosta flaute, lepih melodija na sve strane... 72 minuta traje, bez greške album. Ova već poznata "Feather" je najduža stvar, 11 i po minuta traje u albumskoj verziji i ona je prilično dobar sažetak celog albuma, očekujte taj fazon celim putem. "Deconstruction" je ludnica. U svakoj pesmi se milion stvari odvija i ovo ima da se sluša podosta da bi se sve pohvatalo. Možda sveukupno nije baš onoliko divljački koliko ljudi očekuju da će biti i, kao što Devi reče, nije ovo baš isti osećaj kao što je bio u SYL-u, ali je vrlo zajeban u svakom slučaju. Što se gostiju tiče, ponajbolje mi je možda Masvidalovo gostovanje - na kraju "Sumeria"-e ide akustični deo sa njegovim vokalom, "Re-Traced" trip 100%. I plus svi oni horovi, simfo delovi, solaže, ekstremniji delovi... Ma, rekoh, ludnica. 70-minutna.

Stiglo mi je nešto jako zanimljivo od Season Of Mist. NADER SADEK je Egipćanin koji je kao vizuelni umetnik sarađivao sa Mayhem (izrađuje im scenografiju za koncerte od 2009. godine) i Sunn O))), a sad je izdao album u death metal fazonu, ali na koji fazon - paz'te ekipu koju je okupio: Steve Tucker (Ex-Morbid Angel) - Vocals Rune Eriksen (Ex-Mayhem/Aura Noir/Ava Inferi) - Guitars Flo Mounier (Cryptopsy) - Drums Nader Sadek - concepts and direction Album "In The Flesh" izlazi 16. maja i na njemu pored ove ekipe odozgo gostuju i: Attila Csihar (MAYHEM), Travis Ryan (CATTLE DECAPITATION), Tony Norman (MONSTROSITY), Descructhor (MORBID ANGEL), and Nick McMaster (KRALLICE). Stigao mi album. Vrlo dobar na prvo slušanje, standardni Necrophagia trip ali sa nekim novim momentima, npr. skroz neočekivane twin gitare u Maiden fazonu, neke hc finte... ali sve vrlo fino upleteno u celinu. Me like it.
