I glavni riff je neki socijalni nu metal koji bi mogao da se nadje na albumu Ademe. i ovaj breakdown u psychosocial je pre-socijalan. nemoze prosecniji metalcore breakdown da bude, kao nije im dovoljno sto ih debeli nu metalci vole moraju da prikupe metalcore klince u smedium majcama sa siskicama da djuskaju kung fu po koncertima. butcher's hook je najgora pesma koja su ikad napisali.

ovo zvuci kao bilo koji neki moderni metal bend. Kao da nije Slipknot, nema te energije, nije besno. Da je Trivium izdao ovaj album pa da se odusevis. To mi je prvi utisak.

Blackdown's writings on his hallowed blogpsot have long been hinting and suggesting at a music that encompasses the rich diversity of London's myriad of multi ethnic communities and their inherent territorialism. So alongside his trusty sidekick, the pair invite us for a mooch round their end. From the opener 'Darker than East' we set out with sirens blazing and a running commentary from Target for company, but it's 'Con/Fusion' featuring the first of many lush vocal contributions from Farrah that will really hold your attention, before moving through predominantly south Asian ends on the run of 'Lata VIP' to the string led bollywood pomp of 'Kuri Pataka'. The album takes a swerve into sweaty grime territory at the halfway point with 'Concrete streets' feat Durrty Goodz and the massive 12" cut 'The bits' feat Trim on furious form, making the breezy respite of the album highlight 'Dis/east' all the more welcome for it's rich tapestry of cooling textures shaped from swirling strings and tripping piano lines. This prepares you sweetly for the final tracks running on a steppers vibe til the album's closure, with 'The Drumz of Nagano' rolling out some Oriental rhythm mysticism before killer recent single 'Focus' comes to the end of the line with that epic crescendo. Devin plans to release a new solo album in late 2008. Devin has stated the following on his official forums regarding this new album: “Yo... A hugely complicated, dynamic metal 'symphony' thing...mainly instrumental... (Except for the choir vocal type shit). 72 minutes long. I've already started it, and it's far over the top...the most complex thing to date. Tentative title: 2. (Ziltoid was 1)...whatever it's called, it's going to have a '2' in the upper right hand corner. Maybe by December? Seriously...FAR over the top...TONS of guitar...TONS of solos...TONS of layers, some Devlab / Hummer bits, some beauty, some hell...no breaks between songs...some super clean quiet bits... No Ziltoid wackiness... I see it as a real DIY honest, adult thing. I want to write symphonies, but I'm a metal head, so here we go. I find it really natural.
