Vordul Mega - Megagraphitti preslusao sam jednom, skroz dobar album. kratak, to je do jaja, samo 11 traka. dobri beatovi i vordul dobro zvuci. neke stvari su stare, znam za ovu ak-47 vec godinama i stvar je kidalica.

a predator's portrait je bolji od cele in flames diskografije. i taj zlatni period soilwork, chainheart do natural born chaos je najbolji svedski death ikad snimljen, i to bas bas ubedljivo. chainheart he daleko najbolji true melodeath, daleko bolji od slaughter of the soul i lunar strain zajedno, i NBC i savrsen album sto se tice tog komercijalnijeg, modernog zvuka. A APP je zlatna sredina. meni je speed toliko bolji pevac od andera da je to skoro komicno i kad su gitarosi soilworka bili na vrhuncu, bili su unfuckwithable i za 5 klasa bolji od ovih iz In Flames, sto sa riffovima, a o solazama da ne pricamo. mislim da je to cinjenica, ne stvar ukusa

bas to, taj prvi talas metalcore-a moze cak i da racuna raniji CoC i Suicidal Tendencies, posto je spoj metal i hardcore punk zvuka. I kasniji pravi metalcore kao Earth Crisis, Cave In stari i Converge ljudi smatraju kao hardcore jer im je definicija metalcore-a KSE i slicni bendovi. taj poslednji talas je naj melodicniji ubedljivo i specifican po tome sto mnogo krade od te svedske melodeath skole i ima jelda, te seksi, lepe himnaste heavy metal refrene.

mislim da vi ljudi 85 nemate pojma sta je metalcore. da ste bili upuceni kad se KSE pojavio 2002-2003 bio bi vam dosta jasnije. tu mora da postoji nekoj core momenta, jelda. In Flames, Soilwork, ne mogu da budu metalcore, nemaju nikakav core momenat u svojoj svirci, jeste modernizovano kroz vreme i primilo uticaj amerike, ali to je vise uticaj Pantere i nekih blagih aspekta (produciskih i stilskih) nu metala. metalcore bendovi su na pocetku bili klinci koji su hteli da spoje neki svoj core movement, sve sa breakdownovima i ponekad straight edge/unity tekstovima, sa metal uticajima koji su uglavnom bili svedski melodicni death metal (kao sto je in flames ranije svirao) i bay area thrash. ima sad u in flames-u svega od starog zvuka, iron maiden gitarske harmonije do korn-a, ali nema nikad neki moment gde si u fazonu, e ovo je bas neki sick of it all. Jednostavno nema te core varijante, i ako uopste ima sto se tice njihovih licnih uticaja, onda je verovatno neki melodicniji d-beat fazon, verovatno svedski. to je jednostavno neki moderni metal zvuk, koji je pokupio od svega pomalo kroz godine. in flames i soilwork su mi ocajni bendovi sad, ali to je sta je. metalcore (koji kakav je sad, po mojoj proceni can't die too soon) nije.

In an era where death metal is suffering all manner of indignities from folks who don’t seem to entirely get the gist of it, with weak blastbeats and unacceptably nondescript growling haunting metal records the length and breadth of the downtuned battlefield, it’s a relief to come across an outfit who not only appear to know what time it is, but are so efficient at conjuring up an atmosphere of windswept majesty that we’re even willing to excuse their tub-thumping oft resembling a drum machine. Montana based Martriden’s self-titled slab of salvation is a veritable masterclass in frost-bitten, blasting gloom, marking a dusky marriage between the weighty sturm und drang of Opeth and the symphonic standing-on-a-mountaintop grandeur ( if not exactly the riffs_ of Emperor, and elevated above the vast hordes of similar hue by some sparklingly spine chilling melodics that miraculously manage to steer clear of standard issue swedeath riffage. black metal je gay GORGOROTH Frontman Had 'Close Relationship' With Norwegian Modeling Agent DAN DEVERO "Yes, we had a close relationship," admits modeling agent Dan DeVero about shock rocker Gaahl to iBergen.no. On stage with GORGOROTH, Gaahl is the very definition of a mother-in-law's nightmare. The long-haired, evil-looking man with corpse paint scares the hell out of the parent generation, while fans all over the world love and admire his terrifying masculinity. Together with modeling agent Dan DeVero (see photo below), however, he displays far more feminine sides. The musician dressed in black and the fur-wearing modeling agent are behind the clothing collection Wynjo, which will launch in 2009. The two men became very close friends after they met a year and a half ago. "We had hired models from DXD Models for a music video to be recorded in Bergenshallen. During the shoot, Dan suddenly appeared and became upset with us because one of his models had been served wine. That was the first time I met him," says Gaahl, or Kristian Espedal, which is his real name. DeVero's rage, however, quickly turned to warmer feelings. "Kristian and I developed a close relationship, and he often told me he had strong feelings for me," DeVero tells iBergen.no while Espedal silently drinks from his glass of wine. A year and a half later they are no longer swooning, but they are still partners. Thanks to their unlikely meeting in 2006, they've put their heads and wallets together to launch something as unique as as a wholly Norwegian clothing collection for women. Wynjo is a name that Espedal came up with. "Wynjo is an ancient Norse word meaning happiness, or to be more precise, the search for happiness. Perfection. I have always been preoccupied with aesthetics and what is beautiful. This collection will bring out the elegant and the feminine in women," the novice fashion investor explains to iBergen.no. But this is in strong contrast to your role as frontman of GORGOROTH, so how did the people around you react to this? "Those who know me in private didn't think it was particularly strange. I do not care about what people in general think. It's not as if I'm going to change as a person just because suddenly there are some dresses out in the world. Besides, I like confusing people," Espedal says, grinning. The clothes are designed by Sonja Wu and will be presented at a preview in Bergen in September. Inspired by fashion mecca Paris, DeVero and Espedal now hope they can create a fashion house in Norway with several designers on the team. "We want to attract young talent and give them an opportunity to design for us. Designer students are welcome, since it is the young who create fashion. There are way too few people in the Norwegian business world who dare take a chance on young entrepreneurs, and I am eternally grateful to Kristian for helping me with this," DeVero says.
