jbte, koliko ovaj majmun Jari jede govna rekao bi čovek da će "Time" na kraju nadjebati čitave diskografije Opetha, Toola, Moonsorrowa i Enslaveda, da će nam njegova bezgranična kompleksnost biti dovoljna za doživotno slušanje, izučavanje... :uhoh:

 

prvi album je skroz ok, ali niti prejebano hitičan, niti bolesno kompleksan, niti divljački agresivan, niti opijajuće atmosferičan... već sve nekako do pola. zaista ostavlja utisak zrelog, solidnog izdanja, ali... šta znam, jedan od bendova koje slušam prosto zbog melodija, rifova, vokala - fino, ali nekako bezdušno :S

    Jari Mäenpää Wintersun

    I´ve put the mixing on hold for now, because of the RAM problem. I need a 64-bit DAW badly. And also because in the beginning of February when I started to mix, some construction company started "conveniently" building new buildings in my backyard. Just my fucking luck! I´ve had to listen to terrible noise 10 hours a day. I tried to mix in that noise for a month with loud volume levels and I damaged my ears, so I had to just quit and rest my ears.

     

    Right now I´m focusing building my so called "studio" again from the ground. Installing acoustic panels and bass traps & calibrating monitors again, figuring out the cabling, eliminating all the machine´s humming in my room so that I can mix with quiet levels etc...

     

    Also I´m focusing on the upcoming live shows, practising, doing vocals etc... We are also upgrading and redesiging our whole live gear setup, which takes lot of work and planning.

     

    The mixing will hopefully continue sometime in summer / late summer when the shows are over. We are doing few extra shows by the way. Announcements soon! We are excited to get back on the stage, especially with some new material!

    hah koji kralj, čovek stekne utisak da on stvarno radi to iz ljubavi prema muzici, lepo snima kad mu se snima, radi šta hoće, a ne ona fora da izbacuje album svake dve godine kako bi zgrno lovu i usrećio izdavačku kuću. Na stranu što nama jede živce :haha:

    Sticem utisak, da Jari ima studio kao sto ja imam :P Jedan audio interfejs, neki DAW (verovatno Logic posto koristi MAC) i 4 gb rama :P A sto se tice albuma, jbg, da meni kazu imas vreme koliko hoces, snimi album koji ce da sjebe sve ostale... Naravno da bih na tenane radio taj album. Picanio bi i poslednju frekvenciju samo da zvuci kako treba

    Svirali novu pesmu (napisao Jari na Facebook-u) ali nema jos klipova :rockdevil: :rockdevil: :rockdevil:

    Pa ajde valjda će da je sviraju sa du petak u Budimpešti, javlja ako čujem nešto novo.

    Treba da se istog dana i nađem sa Jarijem neki da malko proćaskamo, možda neki intervju da odradimo...

    Pre par dana na Metal festu imao sam prilike da pogledam konačno Wintersun.

    Ukratko: perfektan zvuk i koncert! Nova pesma zvuči izuzetno.

    Ko bi reko da tako duge pesme mogu da tako dobro drže publiku. Do sad se verovalo da su kraće pesme najbolje za ''podizanje atmosfere'' u publici ali, eto, Wintersun je to i praktično demantovao !
