ma dajte ljudi , Communic je mladji bend od Nevermore-a i logichno je da ce se u njihovoj muzici osecati uticaj "the elder-a" ali mislim da je bash loshe porediti ih na taj nachin...

 

Meni su bas na ovom novom albumu Nevermore uticaji decrease-ovani na minimalu.

S tim bih se itekako slozio I sve u svemu Waves mi je mnogo jachi od prvog albuma u svakom pogledu..

Predugo niko nije zavirio na ovu temu... Bend je izvrstan. Na prvo slusanje letos sam rekla - nije lose, ali kad su mi "legli"... samo jedna rec - SJAJNO!!!

 

COMMUNIC guitarist/vocalist Oddleif Stensland has issued the following recording update:

 

"Finally, the mixing of the new album is done, and the master has been sent to our record company Nuclear Blast. Hopefully they will like what we have been working on, cause they have not a single clue on what this album contains, as they have not previewed any demos or anything prior to entering the studio, until the master drops on their office table.

 

But we have tons of confidence and this is some of the most insane work we have ever done. The guitar and drums sounds fantastic, and Tor-Atle is playing his best stuff ever, Erik's bass lines are more in your face than have been before and my vocals have never been as varied as this before.

 

We have no clue on what you guys out there will think of this new material, or what the magazines will have to say about it, but we know it will be hard to top the reviews and sound check positions from Waves Of Visual Decay, because they were so raving all over, so it will be exiting to follow the coming months of promotion.

 

We have also received a preview of the album artwork and it is simply amazing, and fits the theme and atmosphere that this album withholds, it will be shown here as soon as we are able to release it, along with the title of the album and the complete track list.

 

I have said earlier that the album would contain shorter songs but I guess that was a tiny lie, as most of the songs clock in over 8 minutes. One 7, one over 9, while two are 6. Well that's Communic I guess!!!!

Norwegian progressive power metallers COMMUNIC will release their new album, "Payment Of Existence", on May 30 via Nuclear Blast Records.

 

Commented uitarist/vocalist Oddleif Stensland: "This time we believe that we have created our most diverse and heavy stuff ever, but it is still COMMUNIC all the way. It has been two years since the release of 'Waves...' and the energy from touring and live gigging has left a few marks on this new album. The production by Jacob Hansen is crisp and fresh, and takes our sound to a new level, while the artwork by Jan Yrlund just completes it all as it fits the theme and atmosphere of this album perfectly. 'Payment Of Existence' will be released on May 30th!"

Album i po! Dugačak, onakav kakav treba da bude. Ne izdvaja mi se još nijedna pesma, biće vremena i za to. Mada, kako mi se čini i neće imati šta da se izdvoji, ceo album je odličan. Time will tell.

Čovjek sve reče.

Razocaran sam albumom. Pokusavaju da zvuce svjeze, ali to mi je sve nekako na silu. Produkcija dobra kao i uvijek, ali pjesme su za zaborav i nema prakticno jedne koja se istice. Svijetlih momenata ima, ali to je nedovoljno da bi se dao pozitivan utisak, pogotovo kad znamo kako su im dobra ranija izdanja.

Ono jes' da nisu nadmašili prethodna dva, ali generalno nisam razočaran ovim izdanjem, ima dobru prođu.
