Preporucujem album Wanderings,meni omiljeni:) Pesme Winter Lights i Labyrinthine bih izdvojila kao najbolje..Iz prve navedene uzeh deo teksta za potpis,a u drugoj mi se mnogo svidja hladni zvuk gitare koji se slabije cuje u pozadini..

    A long-legendary name in black metal, I SHALT BECOME is currently working on a new studio album for Moribund Records, with the band slated to enter the studio next month. As yet untitled, I SHALT BECOME's new CD will be its second full-length for the label (the band's cult "Wanderings" demo was reissued by Moribund in 2006, with 2008's "Requiem" being the band's first post-retirement recording) and also the first to feature real, live drums. Mainman S. Holliman reports, "Honestly, I'm not sure what I can say about it as it's genuinely unlike anything else I've heard," while drummer A. Scherer offers that it's "atmospheric, orchestral plague metal for those whom ride gallant on black steed from the foul, gaping maw of Hell itself to wage War on ignorant mortals" or just "really fucking good."

     

    I SHALT BECOME's new album is tentatively slated for release during the second half of the year.

    Hm... utisci posle prvog slušanja:

     

    Čitav album liči na snoviđenje čijom se analizom dolazi do psiho(pato)logije ove ličnosti. Izgleda da se on više poistovećuje sa animom-dušom-ženskim principom u čeveku koja po definiciji uzrokuje tugu i preosetljivost. Album je apstraktan i dobro zaokružen i tako mu se mora prići, ovde nema hitova, niti boljih ili lošijih pesama. Ovo je intelektualno herojsko traganje za sobom, za spoznajom sebe i sobstva kao izvorom čovekovog ega. Bubnjevi su spori i gotovo nepotrebni, duhovni aspekt je ovde predominantan izražen kroz gomilu zvukova koji u međusobnoj interakciji stvaraju sklad. Gitarske melodije čine temelj na koji se lucidno nadovezuju klavijature koje su spona između njegove ličnosti i onostranog. Predstava je gotovo mitološka vrata večnosti se ovde otvaraju herojskom smrću ili u oslobađanju svih stega prolaznosti. Tražeći uporište svoje ličnosti traži se kosmičko uporiše i tako se izjednačava subjektivni objektivni pol jedinstvene stvarnosti. Ta borba za sebe je propraćena bedom i depresijom, uzrokovana ili unutrašnjim senzacijama ili prezirom prema modernom svetu.

     

    Ovaj put je gotovo gargantuanski prostor dat klavijaturnim radovima, na koji se nadovezuju vrisci koji dolaze ex nihilo.
