05 Jan 2004 Lostprophets and Dillinger Escape Plan have paid tribute to the pop luminary Justin Timberlake by covering his songs. Dillinger covered 'Like I Love You' at their recent London show while The Prophets' cover of 'Cry Me A River' from their recent BBC session has been posted online. Nije čudno... Ja sam sasvim slučajno naletio na njih, 2002. kad sam bio u Herceg Novom pregledah šta ima u prodavnici diskova i naletim na ovaj gadan omot: Vidim ja kako se grupa zove i počnem se smijati, i okrenem da vidim spisak pjesama kad tamo: 1. Headhunter 2. Eat the Rich 3. Long Stick Goes Boom 4. Screaming in the Night 5. American Woman (Guess Who obrada) 6. Midnight Maniac 7. Ballroom Blitz (Sweet) 8. Stayed Awake All Night (BTO) 9. Our Love 10. School's Out (Alice Cooper) Hm, pomislim... Možda ovi mladići i imaju šta da kažu... Još ti ja vidim da je neke stvari producirao Bruce Fairbairn. 'O majku mu' pomislih, pa gdje ste se vi sakrivali od mene sve ove godine. I kupim ja taj disk, pa još poslije nađem neke albume, da ne nabrajam... Uglavnom radi se o hard rock bendu, po uzoru na AC/DC, s tim da u nekim momentima se približavaju hard metal zvuku a la Džudah Prišt, a navodno su u '70-im izdali par albuma koji su bili simfo rok (to sam samo pročitao, a ne bih znao da li je tačno pošto je prvi album koji ja imam iz 1980)... Za početak toliko, a vjerovatno i kraj...

Najveći, najpoznatiji i najbolji hard rock bend. Što se tiče Švajcarske. Ma koliko to smiješno zvučalo. Ljudi su baš dobro pržili, a čitao sam neke vijesto da prže i danas...

Pa Pyromania i nekako, ali Hysteria nikako... Razumijem ja drugarstvo, bubnjar izgubio ruku a oni nisu htjeli da nađu drugoga, ali one zvuke koje su pronašli eksperimentišući u to vrijeme... Ne ponovili se.

Nije produkcija već pre(tjerana)-produkcija. Ni hard ni heavy nego pop (sa gitaricama). A drugo, ko je krenuo za njima onako ljigavo? Backstreet Boys?

Skoro kao bend. Ah da, nastupaše prošle godine. Od njih me zanima da čujem kako su na tribute albumu posvećenom njima oni obradili 'Sin City'. I da, 'I Wanna Rock'. Jeftinije niste mogli proći.

Nema potrebe, dovoljno je ubrojiti sve ono što DP Appreciation Society (polu)legalno izbacuje.

Šta mislite o tome da su nastavili raditi sa Džordžom Majklom? To je bilo u planu, ali je on iz poštovanja odbio.

Produžena verzija za striptiz... Možeš je naći na Bonfire disku iz Pariza, od oficijelnih izdanja to je. Ali najbolja je sa If You Want Blood. I da... Mor'o sam.

Pazi, Purpendicular je ODLIČAN album, ali to je neki drugi DP. A još ne treba pretjerivati, u novoj postavi bez Brke su izašla svega tri studijska albuma. Ljudi su lijepo primjetili, i ja sam napisao gore. Ova verzija DP (posebno sad) je izgubila 'hard' i ostalo je samo rock. Nema pravih rifova, Morse je jazz rock gitarista. I kad svira stare rifove oni nemaju onu težinu koju su imali kad ih je svirao Brko. I stalno svi nabacuju neka poređenja sa Kansas. Jebeš ga, eto dokle DP dogura.
