Blistering.com: Are you comfortable with the primitive black metal style SATYRICON has taken up? Frost: "I'm very comfortable with it. I think that SATYRICON has moved in the direction that is right for us and we can do the heaviest work. The style of music that we're doing now is closer to the original black metal of the '80s and our earlier stuff and of course, we have given it a very SATYRICON touch and have done something very unique to it. I don't view it as modern and [all that] detached from general black metal expression. That's mostly done by people who haven't done their history lessons I guess. I like that kind of music, I like more rock 'n' roll based black metal like BATHORY and CELTIC FROST and I definitely like the very strong, dark substance that has found its place in SATYRICON's music. In the later years, SATYRICON sounds far more black and refined that we ever have before." Blistering.com: What was the goal when you and Satyr headed into the studio to record "Now, Diabolical"? Frost: "To create really good and powerful songs. We felt that we have started to discover how to do things with 'Volcano'. We had started to put to focus writing songs and making them as powerful as possible. We wanted to take the concept of that to its fullest extent on 'Now, Diabolical' and we were 100% focused on writing good, powerful songs. Each song represents a main idea that is supposed to be permeating all of the different parts that makes up the respective songs. Doing something like that calls for simplicity and rigidity, but also makes the songs come true as a very wholesome unit with power and strong identity. There is no doubt in our mind that this is the right way of doing it. When I listen to the songs now, I feel how nice the energy flows through the songs; I understand it was a very wise move indeed. NEVERMORE frontman Warrel Dane is collaborating with former SOILWORK guitarist Peter Wichers on material for Dane's first solo album. The CD is expected to include an appearance by Warrel's former SANCTUARY (pre-NEVERMORE) bandmate Dave Budbill (currently in ZEROCREEP) on drums. E al tvoja komika je najjaca. Pa..nije mi se bash toliko svideo album da bash kenjam mnogo..

Nagrada za najdebilnije ime. Zasluzena.

Ja mogu da opisem i "St. Anger" da zvuci lepo Shala...komika..i ti vrapci..Ma vredi album. Dodushe..ovih dana ga Van Halen isteruje sa liste polako..

Pa..ne bi' ti ga ni dao Bugarska..gde drugde... A "Death Or Glory" mi je ispred nosa otishao...ispred nosa!!!!

Ekipa iz Krushevca dolazi!

Prvi album..dakle...Van Halen I..ne vadim ga iz liste..pustim samo taj album da mi se ponavlja i odem da spavam i budim se uz eruption...Genijalan..prejeben..nesvakidashnji...najmocniji TopXXX album..jebote!!!!!! Za minus bih verovatno uzeo tekstove, ali uz odlichan Rothov glas..who cares! Dvojku sam slushao takodjer..i fin je album, ali daleko od keca.."Bottoms Up" se tu izdvaja..

Krecemo... S obzirom kako "Ice-Olation" krece da razvaljuje kroz spikeri odmah sam pomislio da ce ovo mozda biti i bolje no Zver Burbona..Ali daleeekoo.. Pored prve odlichna je i sredina albuma, ali sve u svemu songwriting je slabiji nego na prethodnom. Anyway "Led-olacija" je odddlichna pesma, sa riffovima i melodijom koje su vishe u nekom doom feelu dok je refren zarazna thrasherchina! E sad dalje.. Sledece 3 pesme su meni lichno najslabiji deo albuma, s tim sto je "Forsaken World" nesto bolja(ako nista drugo onaj refren udje u glavu..), a Rockstars i We drink.. su dosta prosecne thrash pesmice, Rockstars dodushe sa zanimljivijim tekstom..al nyah. Bolji deo albuma krece od naslovne.. "The Beaty And The Beast". Svidja mi se pesma, u stvari..sto je vishe slusham postaje mi najbolja pesma na albumu, pesma na trenutke i vuche na power jebte(mislim na onaj glavni riff u pesmi(pre i posle refrena)). Najduza pesma na albumu, al uz fin refren, odlichne riffove uopste ne dosadjuje, +soloi..bombona bre. "Blue Rage-Black Redemption" nastavlja ovaj najjaci deo albuma, ova kao da je ostala sa Zveri Burbona..ocu ovu pesmu da chujem live u bgu! "Frankfurt" cenim da ce brzo postati live favorti, iako je imho dosta bolja "himna" od nje "Die With A Beer In Your Hand"(al od nje ionako nema jache!). "Metaltometal", ova pesma je drugi power momenat na albumu(dodushe tu je i solaza na BRBR). Lagani intro, a onda riff a la grave digger. Heavy/power pesma dakle! Cenim da je ovo novo u Tankard katalogu..i pozdravljam!!! Tu se negde i zavrshava onaj bolji deo albuma..Sto se tiche zadnje dve, "Dirty Digger" usporava(na trenutke), i ima dobrih riff jedan, ali jedna lasta ne chini prolece. Dok je "Shaken Not Stirred" iskreno pesma koja mi se sve vishe svidja sto je vishe slusham, a ime pesme je genijalno! Dakle i ona moze uci u bolji deo albuma. 8/10 DRINK! IT'S ALL YOU CAN DRINK

Posvetio sam se u poslednje vreme malo boljem slushanju "Bent Out Of Shape" albuma..i mogu reci da imam mnogo bolju predstavu nego pre.. Sta vishe, oddlichan album, a pesmatina kao sto je "Fire Dance" ne kapiram kako mi je promakla

Ochekujem dosadno sranje svetskih razmera.
