Slushachki mnogo tezhak bend,chudan na prvo slushanje,tvrd i dosta spor !

 

tehnichki brutalan od bubnjara pa nadalje !

    onaj prvi album "Condemned" je jedan o najvecih kultova ikad, taj je iz 1991 i jurio sam ga jedno 3 godine da nadjem na disku. Ono sto je taj bubnjar odsvirao na tom albumu je strasno. Vokal iritira u maniru Watchtower-a ali kult je kult.

     

    interesantno je da su taj prvi izdali za Earache u tom period kad su death/grind bendovi vladali tom etiketom.

     

     

    naravno, sve posle tog albuma bojkotujem u stilu pravog prog kvltera.

    Inace, i ja zastupam (old) periode pravih kvltova, ali ovaj zadnji Confessor zvuci kao da je ispao sa samog pocetka 90ih, ista atmosfera i produkcija...

    Pa ja se ne bih bash u potpunosti slozhio sa tobom!

     

    Meni je ipak prvi bolji od Unraveled-a!!!

     

    Ne kazhem da je drugi losh samo kazhem moje mishljenje,nekako prvi je chudniji ,a to chudnije se meni vishe svidja!!!

     

    A shto se tiche nabavljanja Unraveled iz 2005 to definitivno mora da se nabavi i chuje!

     

    Uglavnom bend jeste QVLT!

    CONFESSOR asks to help friend

     

    Hello friends, we hope you will read this and consider our request. Our long time friend

    Clay Brocker from the legendary band, F.U.C.T needs your help.

    He is being unfairly held in the Tennessee Department of Corrections on a non-violent

    drug charge which has been going on for over 10 years now. His 3-4 year sentence has been served,

    but he is apparently in some sort of "black hole" in the system and has yet to be released.

    Please help us by signing the petition for his release!! Read Clay's

    Слушао сам доста, у предходном периоду последњи (а и иначе тек други њихов албум) "Unraveled" и дефинитивно сам одушевљен.

    Ове је један од најпотцењенијих албума у последњих 5 година, ван сваке сумње, један од оних за које ми је жао што нису онако опште популарни, да их сви знају.

    Рећи ћу само - ако је "Elements" (Atheist) добар, "Unraveled" је још бољи.

    Албум који треба да се слуша јер стварно сазрева (није онај бедни метал клише о "визионарству") и стално зове себи.

    Одслушао га јутрос на путу за посао и одавно ми ништа није тако пријало и тако ме пробудило и разбудило а да сам, опет, само и размишљао о музици.

    Дивно.

    Reactivated Raleigh, North Carolina-based progressive doom metal band CONFESSOR has released the following update to BLABBERMOUTH.NET:

     

    "CONFESSOR is excited to announce that the band is back in action and we have been confirmed for the 2012 Maryland Deathfest next year. Rehearsals have already started and we hope to play a warm up show in Raleigh prior to the Maryland Deathfest appearance. We still have some limitations with Scott [Jeffreys, vocals] living and working in China but it looks like he will be able to spend some more time in the States next year.

     

    "The current project FAR AND AWAY featuring Steve Shelton, Chris Nolan, and Brian Shoaf from CONFESSOR will continue to write and record and Cary Rowells continues playing with PARASITE DRAG.

     

    "Besides the appearance at Maryland Deathfest, the band, in conjuction with reissue specialists Divebomb Records, are putting together a demo collection and archival DVD set entitled 'Uncontrolled'. This will be the first time that all three legendary CONFESSOR demos are made available commercially. The DVD will contain archival footage collected by the band with additional material supplied by die-hard fans.

     

    "In additional to audio and video content, Jeff Wagner (author of 'Mean Deviation: Four Decades Of Progressive Heavy Metal') has contributed a brand new essay to go along with pictures the band has unearthed for the deluxe booklet. Release date for the set is undetermined at the moment, but Divebomb Records hopes to have it available by year's end."
