S tim sto mi se cini da se malo vise trude da budu komicni i kriticni nego da prikazu kola u pravom svetlu...

 

Mada i to ima svoje pluseve

 

Cenim doduse sto imaju tu svoju stazu gde mogu da testiraju kola i sto imaju ona vremena na tabli i redovne testove.

I sad malo o Mustangu: poznato je da Clarkson mrzi amerikance i ja mislim da zato on pljuje po Mustangu, a da je taj automobil recimo nemacki ili svedski nikad ga ne bi pljuvao.

 

Tim pre pre što mrzi Ameriku, za mene veći je car/laf.

 

Američka auto industrija bude li se u budućnosti i dalje ovako zajebavala, ima načisto da prsne!

 

Već sada su u velikoj krizi i na to svi podaci GM i Chrysler koncerna ukazuju.

 

Svaka čast Mustangu i Corvetti, ali sve ostalo što prave je golo gowno ...

Americka auto industrija je poput dinosaurusa, nikako ne zeli da se menja u skladu sa vremenom i okolnosima i ako tako nastavi definitivno joj sledi istrebljenje. Cesto se Clarkson zajebava na tu temu, ima ona scena kad legne ispod kocije i kaze da se nista nije u USA auto industriji promenilo u poslednjih 100 godina, na isti nacin se radi vesanje, ogibljenja.... njima su bre i motori skoro isti kao i pre 30 godina, ogromna kubikaza, velika snaga, jos veca potrosnja, na ravnom putu su zmajevi, ali u krivinama, na skretanjima, kocenje...... sve je isto kao i u vreme kocija :( A sve to je da bi imali nisku cenu automobila... a videli smo na primeru Rausch Mustanga da USA automobil moze biti ittekako dobar samo ako se i ostale stvari osim motora urade kako treba.... ali onda naravno cena je mnogo jaca....

 

Mislim da su se americke kompanije sad malo trgnule, ovo sa naftom ih je totalno uzdrmalo, ali pitanje je da li je sad kasno za to.

 

Hammond je i meni najjaci lik, a bas mi se svidja taj njohov fazon sto sve okrecu na sprdnju, mnogo je zanimljivije, a za ono sa stazom i vremenima svaka im cast

Maybe Ford should take a look at Doug Pelmear’s 1987 Ford Mustang before the 2010 Mustang rolls off the assembly line. According to him he has been able to re-engineer his Mustangs engine to produce 400 Horsepower and 500 Torque while improving his gas mileage to an astounding 80 Miles per gallon. He created the car to compete in the $10 million Progressive Automotive X Prize which is a “race” to find an affordable, marketable automobile that gets at least 100 miles per gallon, or its equivalent. Doug Pelmear has lots of secrets beneath the hood of his black 1987 Ford Mustang on which the only outward hint of individuality is a series of stickers.

 

But looks can be deceiving. Mr. Pelmear’s 21-year-old pony car has enough technological innovation to quadruple the classic Mustang’s original gas mileage while almost doubling its available horsepower.

 

That’s 80 miles per gallon and 400 horsepower, folks. And the 48-year-old electronics engineer and master mechanic is not done yet.

 

The third-generation automotive tinkerer hopes that next year his Mustang - more specifically its engine - will help him win the $10 million Progressive Automotive X Prize: a “race” to find an affordable, marketable automobile that gets at least 100 miles per gallon, or its equivalent.

 

“I’m an optimist, and I think people need to know there is hope out there,” Mr. Pelmear said. “That’s why I decided to enter the X Prize race. I could have sold this [technology] off, but then people might not have seen it.

 

“It’s not about the money. Our country really needs this.”

 

The Progressive Automotive X Prize is sponsored by the X Prize Foundation to focus attention on and improve technology for real-world fuel economy.

 

Private teams compete in two categories, mainstream and concept, and compete against one another in a staged race that will judge performance, fuel economy, and marketability. There are no official entrants yet, but scores of teams have signed letters of intent to participate in the races, scheduled for 2009.

 

What radical technology did Mr. Pelmear introduce? His patents are not fully in place, but he said it mostly is a matter of electronics and precision.

 

“We redesigned a lot of different things on the [engine] block,” the engineer said.

 

“It’s still a rod-and-piston engine; it just has a lot more electronics on it.”

 

Mr. Pelmear said that traditional gas engines operate “at a very low efficiency, like 8 to 10 percent, and our engine is like at 38 percent efficiency.”

 

He said he could greatly increase even that number if his car used traditional gasoline instead of a mix of gas and 85 percent ethanol, which burns hotter but releases fewer hydrocarbons into the atmosphere.

 

His engine also would be more efficient if he had sacrificed some of its 400 horsepower or 500 foot-pounds of torque, but Mr. Pelmear said his design is intended for “real-world” uses, not the laboratory.

 

“I’m not the highest-miles-per-gallon vehicle entered in the X Prize, but I think I’m the more consumer friendly, more down to earth, more conventional,” he said.

 

Mr. Pelmear’s Mustang is entered in the X Prize’s “mainstream” competition against other modified pro-

duction cars.

 

According to the X Prize foundation, he will compete against several dozen other vehicles from around the world.

Jao, vidjam ove svakog dana. Zivim na stotinjak metara od ove firme.

Kupili kolica,kupili, stvarno je ok firma, finu lovu obrcu.

Kod mene u ulici nikako ne bi smeo onakvog Yuga ostaviti na ulici cetvrtkom ............... jer momci u zutom bi ga odneli :lol:

 

Sad ti kao zivis u nekom super finom burzujskom kraju?

Lep kraj.. Zvekis , bas lep kraj... volim taj kraj..

 

Gledao sam na metropolisu da je bio neki skup na V8 rancu..(Kod Kosmaja, 60 km od Beograda)

 

Sad ne znam kad je to bilo ali su ucestvovala stara americka kola , medju kojima i

 

Dva mustanga

 

1 zeleni, postovao sam slike pre mesec dana otp. - 69

 

1 crveni - 68

 

2 Kamara

 

- 69

 

i generacija posle , ne znam tacno koje god...

 

par kadilaka, dve korvete c4

 

dodge kombi od nekih 7m, dodge ram stariji malo

 

ford pickup truck, ford iz 29 u voznom stanju

 

oldsmobil kabriolet (video sam ga pre par dana na Vracharu)

 

Kao i chevy imapala 71 ovakva samo limuzina , ne kupe ...

inache poshto jos nisam sikao moj novi prevoz (i necu ga slikati dok se malo ne sredi) bar da ga predstavim ovako..

gume pirelli pzero 215/40/17 i 225/40/17 koje su u dosta loshem stanju...

spolja izgleda malo loshije,jer je sav izgreban,ischukani i polomljeni branici,razlog tome je shto sam ga kupio od devojke koja je izgleda chesto zaboravljala da ne sme da penje auto na ivichnjake jer od branika do zemlje ima mozda 3 prsta,a i nije bila struchna u veshtini parkiranja mnogo...

 

motor je radjen i u odlichnom je stanju,delovi su naruchivani originalni iz slovenije...

 

i to je otprilike to..chim ga sredim malo,pofarbam,ispoliram stizu slike...

Ko zna ko je to vozio i iscukao. Nadam se da ce ti biti dobar, kada ga sredis! :) :)

Subaru je objektivno gledano bolji automobil kada izadje iz fabrike...

 

Ali... nije bitno sta je objektivno bolje...

 

Meni recimo da neko kaze da mogu da biram izmedju Andjeline Dzoli i Dzenifer Love Hewit, je bih izabrao ovu drugu, bez obzira sta magazini i ankete kazu o Andji. Kapiras ?

 

Osim toga , ja generalno volim kola, ne samo Mustange, pa mi je i Subaru do jaja auto, bas kao i Porche, bas Kao i BMW, malo manje kao Mercedes (malo mi impresiju o njemu preterano kvare seljaci koji se lepe za njega ko muve za govno), iako je i mecka vise nego odlican automobil...

 

 

Sad vidjao sam i Subarue, ali Mustanga ima 10 - 15 u gradu (u najboljem slucaju). Jednostavno ga gotivim i to je to.

 

+ Retko ko ga ima..

 

Nadam se samo da cu moci da ga prijustim za 5 - 10 godina...

Ja kad bi mi ponudili da li da obitavam sa Andjelinom ili Dzenifer ili pak sa jednom mojom komsinicom, da ne pominjem ime, ja bih se rado odlucio za komsinicu mada nje nema u novinama i casopisima ;)

 

Ma salim se ja malo, bitno je da covek ima svoj ukus, da ima svoj stav, misljenje a ne da ceka sta ce reci Clarkson ili neki prestizni casopis. Moj drug, imace multimilioner, kupuje samo onakve automobile kakve su kupili likovi iz konkurentskih firmi iz industrijske zone pa nije makao dalje od Audija i Passata, a da mu spomenes Askarija, Aston Martina, Subaru, Mustanga.... on covek nema pojma sta je to jer nikad nije cuo za to vec samo klilse marke i modele.... mecka, bmw, audi ...... evo veruj mi ja da imam dovoljno love uvezao bih sebi jedan Rausch Mustang i divljao vojvodjanskim putevima :D
