The Michael Schenker Group (M.S.G.) is a hard rock band formed in 1979 by the former Scorpions and UFO guitarist Michael Schenker. It is characterized by modern-sounding hard rock with many extended solo periods in songs allowing Schenker to exhibit his talent. Schenker is a German guitarist, famous for his half-black, half-white Dean Flying V guitar. Najveci hit verovatno pesma Anytime. Premda u danasnje vreme Majkl ne zvuci bas sjajno, izgleda je puko' sa mozgom ili alkohol i ta prica... 'Doctor Doctor please can't you see the mess I'm in'..... EnKi Posted February 1, 2008 Report post Posted February 1, 2008 Slusao sam sve sto je izbacio u proslom veku...Covek stvarno ume da pravi pesme, ima taj feeling, Scorpions su mnogo izgubili sa njegovim odlaskom, UFO je ok, bar ono sto sam cuo...Omiljeni mi je onaj akusticni instrumentalni album, a od pevaca koje je angazovao Graham Bonnet. Hobo Posted February 1, 2008 Report post Posted February 1, 2008 Uz svu harizmu Phil Mogg-a, Schenker sa svojim Gibson "Flying V" je od jednog prog & space & boogie benda stvorio jedan od najboljih hard rok bendova ever. Sto se MSG tice covek je previse lutao sa pevacima. Gary Barden je promasaj a najbolje stvari poticu bas iz tog perioda. Nebitno... jedan je od najvecih likova, sa svim svojim ludilom i majstor da napravi melodiju samo tako. Docotor, doctor please... I'm goin' fast... pa i nije morao nista vise da snimi. Napisao sam jednom jednu pesmu koja je imala vrlo slican refren toj pesmi ( u nacinu pevanja ne u recima ) , i ostatak je bio slican i bio sam uzasno ponosan na pesmu. Scorpions Posted February 7, 2008 Report post Posted February 7, 2008 Da zaista dobar gitarista!Koliko sam ja cuo on je izbacen iz UFO-a zbog neprofesionalnog ponasanja i alkoholizma!Iskreno Scorpionsi nisu izgubili bukvalno nista njegovim odlaskom posto je sa njima odradio prvi album za koji dosta ljudi i ne zna! Scoroionsi su izgubili vise odlasko Ulija koji je i proslavio bend u 70-tim!!! Svako ima svoj stil, razlika je samo koga publika više voli. on topic Mislim da treba da izdaju novi album uskoro. Vercundus Posted June 29, 2008 Report post Posted June 29, 2008 Nema on problema sa alkoholom danas. Jeste imao problema dok je bio u UFO, pa i kad se vratio u Scorpionse 1979. Cak je i snimio nekoliko pesama za Lovedrive album, ali je tad preterao i rodjeni brat ga je izbacio. Posle se konsolidovao i poceo da pravi odlicnu muziku. Sto se poslednjih albuma tice, mislim da postava benda dosta utice na zanr koji sviraju. Pevac i basista vuku na neki trash zvuk, sto se oseca u novom stilu sviranja, ali Michael je i dalje onaj stari i sve sto svira jednostavno zvuci dobro.
