Neprikosnoveni vladari (epic) dooma su se vratili. Prosli album je bio(actually jos uvek JE) remek delo. Ovaj album Lajf najavljivao kao extra rad...i jebote, bio je upravu! Dakle isti ljudi, minus najveca faca Mesaja, ali plus pevach koji me je svojim glasom nalozio pre nema ni par dana. Stare pesme na onom bootlegu chuh i ne me toliko odushevio, ali cenim da je ovaj album odradio kao da mu zivot zavisi od toga. Elem...my fav type of reviewing.Krece lepom laganicom..intro sto bi rekli...i...bum! Jebes mu sve al da ga odma spiche sa ovakvim riffom to nije posteno. Jel' znaju bre oni kako moj vrat ne ochekuje headbang u 9 ujutru? Od tada obrtah album..3..4..vise puta..i "Emperor Of The Void" ima mozda i najcatchy riff ovde i classic Cmass refren, neizbaciv iz glavu! Prosli album je imao zvuk mnogo jachi i moderniji no ista ranije, dok je cenim ovde zvuk mlogo vishe kao rani radovi. Dakle Emperor ga otvorio, postavio ochekivanja za dalje na josh veci nivo. "Devil Seed" me podseca kanda na podseci Krux album...totalno takva atmosfera i vocalwise...a i jebga, Leif pise za oba. Dakle, lako bih mogao da zamislim Levena ovde, ali i Lowe je odradio posao, svaka mu se dala i kosa ponovo porasla. Soli gore spomenu da je album melodicniji nego pre..ne bih se slozio..sto se tiche balansa heavy riffovi - melodija mislim da je ostalo isto..ali "Of Stars And Smoke" ima mozda i najmelodicniji Cmass refren yet..skoro pa powerashki, and ova pesma je nesto najblize baladi na albumu. Refren je i najveci plus pesme, ali i strofe izmedju su catchy same za sebe. Ovaj promo sjeban pa mi pochetak "Demonia 6" spojen sa krajem OSAS-a... Ovo je jedan od albuma gde je izbor za "najslabiju" pesmu skoro nemoguc jer je izbor za najbolju pesmu josh tezi..if you get the picture..ali ako bih morao da biram najslabiju, pod pretnjom pishtolja, izabrao bih Demonia 6. "Destroyer". Ne moram vishe nista da kaze, al ocu Pesma razara. Ono sto je pre bio "Crystal Ball", to ce sad biti "Destroyer. A classic to be! "Man Of Shadows" je jos jedna a la Krux/prosli album, extra pesma, catchy lagani refren, prosto napravljen za live izvodjenje i participaciju publike, veoma tasty solaze i mlogo kul riff u sredini. More ludi su ako ovu ne izvode live. Though ak cemo iskreno skoro sve odavde bih voloeo da chujem live. "Clearsight" cenim da moze odneti award za headbang-kinga albuma, veoma dinamichna pesma, refren malo doduse smori posle par slushanja, chisto zbog predvidljivo sight-light-night rimovanja. Al kako je kraj pesme paljevinski.. Elem...all things must come to an end..ali zato je tu repeat dugme! : ) "Opal City" je zasebna pesma, no ona je taaako dobar intro za sledecu da mislim da su mogli da ih jednostavno spoje u jednu i tako dobijemo skoro-10-ominutni klasik. Ovako imamo intro+osmominutni klasik Krecem vec da se prolupavam.."Embracing The Styx" mi je uz Destroyera i uvodnu za sada slightly above others(recimo da sam se odluchio u toku pisanja). AAAAA. Kako je bre dobra pesma. Riffovi..melodije..onaj bas u sredini..god...they are haunting me!!! Who can surive this and live to tell? Is the window the only escape? Kako ce ovo da padne na originalu nisi ni svestan. Who said that? Out of order kol'ko dobro. Nezakonito. Treba ih zabraniti ili poslati na turneju sa Slipknotom. Sramota majke mi. PS. Bicu zadovoljan ako novi Trouble bude i upola dobar kao ovo. PPS. Necu se vishe ovolko raspisivam Kogija mi.

SA never really caught my attention, pre barem..prvi put kad slushah skoro mi se nista really ne svide..though ovih dana su mi ushi u doom raspolozenju tako da obrtah ove albume koje imam opet. Prva su jos malo pa u regionu "extra". Ima mlogo dobrih pesama, ali sveukupno albumi su nestalno dobri, previshe mediocre pesama...sa prvog bih izdvojio prvu pesmu i sredinu albuma koji mi je omiljeni deo - "Dream Of Immortality" i "Destiny Falls To Ruin". Heavy indeed. Najveci plus benda je, cenim, gosn Lowe koji stvarno ima karakteristican vokal (da ga chujesh i prepoznash na km). Drugi mi je za nijanse bolji..pre svega zvuk je nesto bolji, a i tu je meni za sad, najjaca SA stvar "It Came Upon The Night". Sve u svemu prva dva su podobri doom radovi, a josh bih izdvojio da oba imaju stvarno mlogo mlogo dobre front covere "Through The Darkest Hour" je ok, ali far slabiji od prva dva. Manje dooma, vishe groova, kanda podseca na kasniji Cathedral.. I Lowe ovde ne peva isto, malo mi nedostaju oni vishi vokali koje izvlaci na prva dva, ali i ovde stvarno jebe keve kako cepa. Awakening...i posebno Pain su exxtra pesme..neverovatno kako me kod ovog benda najvise naprime sredine albuma : ) to se slushalo za sad..

Canadian thrashers ANNIHILATOR are currently on the road in Europe with TRIVIUM, GOJIRA and SANCTITY. The group's guitarist Jeff Waters has checked in with the following update: "Great crowds and a lot of metal. The TRIVIUM guys have been extremely cool to us and the other bands... Nice guys and they really like good metal music. Very pro band live, too. GOJIRA are one of the tightest-playing bands around and SANCTITY are really bringing on the TESTAMENT/thrash vibe to the tour. Corey (Beaulieu, TRIVIUM guitarist) has been coming up onstage with us every nite to jam 'King of The Kill' and we seem to have everyone singing this 'Alison Hell' tune! Hehe! Pretty cool for us to be playing in front of the U.K. crowds... Most are in their teens and most have not heard of ANNIHILATOR. Of course we have our old faithful ANNIHILATOR following who are really kickin a*s out there, but it is quite something to see the younger kids try to figure out what we are playing! "I fractured my ankle yesterday; broke a chunk of bone clean off. Doctors said to go home/tour done for me but you know that won't stop me. Did the show last nite in Wolverhampton, hobbling around with a Chuck Berry/Angus-wannabe vibe, but made it through! A week earlier, a few of the TRIVIUM dudes and the SANCTITY singer hit the same venue on our day off to see W.A.S.P. What a killer show and more importantly, their new CD is being blasted daily on every tour bus and every dressing room! It is a killer CD. "Back to ANNIHILATOR. Took a few gigs for us all to lock in with each other, playing-wise, but we are in the groove now and having a blast. As we are a guest on the tour, our set time is obviously pretty brief but that just gives us more energy to play our brand of metal. Looking forward to touring the rest of Europe in a few days... a few nites left at the Hammersmith Apollo in London and then back to our metal stomping grounds in the rest of Europe! "New CD is kickin butt... some of the guests on the CD are fling in or some of the shows to jam a tune with us. Chak je i Padden podobar..mnogo bolje peva alisu nego ranije...josh je i publika extra, pomislio bi chovek da ovo Anni-koncert..al jok..jao sramote..

You were trying different things… "I think those albums were necessary for us as individual musicians. The thing is we never had time to grow up as musicians. Most musicians start recording albums when they are in their 20s. We started as teenagers. We never had the time to try different things. We started as one of the most extreme bands, and we had to be the most extreme band for the rest of our lives, because that is how people got to know us. Of course it causes some confusion in the soul of an artist, because you want to express yourself at different levels. It leads to a one way street because there is only so much you can do as an extreme band. Then you start exploring other forms of music, and you want to do things a little differently and your audience is like 'Fuck off!' (laughs) 'It is not KREATOR anymore.' Yeah, but it is the same people, and it is just an album that we wanted to do, what is wrong with this? But then again, I know there is always a certain expectation when it comes to band names. When I was a kid I was a big KISS fan, and when they released 'The Elder', I did not understand what they were trying to say. Nowadays I think it is probably one of their best albums. I always look at the different angles of things. An album like 'Endorama' may for some people seem like a very selfish album; [like] we just wanted to do it for ourselves, we did not care what the audience was thinking. Maybe it would have been a good idea to have had that released under a different name, because people have expectations about the band. If you look at BATHORY, they did the same thing, maybe on a different level. They started off as one of the most extreme bands, and then suddenly released a Viking album. It was great, but different though. When you have a 20-year career you definitely do something that people think… It would have been so boring to just piss people off with medium quality releases rather than different styles, which is more interesting. Instead of 'Endorama' we could have released a thrash album, fast and brutal, but we did not feel that way at the time. It was more honest, but people think it is not."

Ja koliko znam nit XF nit VXI nisu nesto 'popularni' albumi..ja ih volem dosta, ali koliko znam, posebno Maiden fanovi ga nesto i ne mirisu. Zato je mozda kanda cudno sto forsira te pesme..doduse, sa druge strane, te pesme i nemas gde da cujes uzivo, pa ajd..mozda sa te strane moze da mu se progleda..ali opet kazem da bolje da je svirao/i svira umeren broj tih numera.

I? BTW ne secam se vise ni kakav je album..al i "Canterbury" je crkotina teska..aaa..evo sad pustih "Lightning To The Nations" da sperem ushi...kako bend moze da se promeni u tako kratkom roku to je cudo...

Pa vec spominjah pre..ali spomenucu i opet, mora da se odvoji malo od Iron Maiden pesama!! Neverovatno je kako su godine i albumi prolazili da je on na svakoj sledecoj svirao sve vise i vise Maiden pesama.. a sada i preteruje koliko ih svira. Zasto se uopste raspao BLAZE bend? Zato sto su likovi hteli da sviraju svoju muziku, a ne Futureal svako vece. Ok, nemam ja nista protiv te pesme, i do jaja bi bilo da kad kad na nekom koncertu opali neku staru od Maidena, ali pola koncerta? Preterivanje. Ovo pre svega kazem zato sto, cenim, da su mu sva 3 albuma jebena heavy metal remek dela. Mesaja na prvom mestu. I danas mi je, i uvek ce mi biti, jedan od najboljih heavy metal albuma ever. Kad su Wray i Slater otisli, od tog trenutka, ne ocekujem nista od novog Blaze albuma. Ona ekipa je bila really somethin', a u zadnjih godinu dana je promenio koliko...10 chlanova? Pa tako nesto.. Pitam se koliko ce sa ovim juznoamerikancima da ostane..
