AnaLizator Posted November 7, 2009 Report post Posted November 7, 2009 S obzirom da vidim da ovdi ljudi uglavnom pljuju po ovom novom albumu, rekoh da pustim i ja koju rec u etar i iskazem svoje ocigledno suprotno misljenje... Dakle,novi album Pestilenceta SAVIJA koliko je dobar !!!!! Da se razumemo, ni jedna pesma nije instant klasik, ni jedna pesma ne uvodi nista novo, ne redefinise zanr, ne izmislja oplu vodu etc. Album je apsolutno savrsen, svaka pesma brzo udje u usi, produkcija upeglana do daske,a aranzmani pesama i pored svog ubacivanja modernih elemenata imaju neki old-school smek. Ono sto mi se ne svidja jesu rerecorded pesme, koje su mi izgubile filing u novom ruhu (mada Lost Souls zvuci skroz ok) Vokal mi je odlican, mocan i energican, i jebe mi se sto ne zvuci - Bruutalno Batice!® - ali to je stvar ukusa (ja inace volim i Mikea DiSalva iz Cryptopsy i recimo vokale u Abortedu, tako da jebiga)... Takodje, slabo marim za "nasledja bendova" koja svi tako trpaju gde im nije mesto, kroz istoriju armije bendova su se poseravale na svoje ime/brend/nasledje/kakogod pa nikom nista. Jednostavno, ako je album dobar, nije bitno ko ga je objavio, pod kojim imenom, kome je sta rekao, sta je rucao, da li drka s tri prsta ili sa dve sake...Isto vazi i suprotno... Da rezimiram, album nije legenda zanra po standardima vecine publike, ali je za mene pravi silent killer, poput Deranged - Deranged, Necrophagia - Harvest Ritual i Ribspreader - Bolted To The Cross i Altar - Provoke, to jest album koji mogu da slusam ceo zivot i da me ne smori ni najmanje, a to je jako lepa osobina... Expect more brutal, heavier and faster songs than any old Pestilence album. The album, entitled Resurrection Macabre, features eleven new tracks and the limited edition first print will include three re-recordings chosen by fans. Out Of The Body, Chemo Therapy and Lost Souls were voted most. The songs are lyrically more in the vein of "Consuming Impulse". Meaning, they're more "reality-style" than religious or philosophical. Some songtitles are: "HangMan (Into the mind of an executioner)", "Synthetic Grotesque (Trying to create through cloning)", "Fiend (Drugaddiction)", "Resurrection Macabre (The return of the Pestilence)", "Hate Suicide (Last hours of a suicide-bomber)" just to name a few.
