Australia's renowned blackened death/thrash outfit GOSPEL OF THE HORNS has once again disbanded. The news comes just as the group's highly anticipated second full-length album, "Realm of the Damned", is due for release.

Two weeks after it was announced that the band had once again split up, Australia's renowned blackened death/thrash outfit GOSPEL OF THE HORNS has reformed — initially as a three-piece (featuring bassist/vocalist Howitzer, drummer Hellcunt and guitarist Masochist) — with plans to tour Europe later in the year. The group's highly anticipated second full-length album, "Realm of the Damned", is due for release in early March via Invictus Productions.

ma kolega nikada se ja necu reg-ovati tamo..ali kada nema nigde drugde da se chuje novi GOTH(haha goth ) mora tamo...

Chuh novi, i sta znam, ne me oduva nesto, ali standardno dobri materijal, krece introm, koji nije "vetar&violina" fazon vec veoma catchy black/punk/thrashy pesmica u stvari...jedan od pluseva meni lichno : ) Prva "Trial By Power" je dobra, a posle ide najjaca pesma albuma "Death Sentence", najduza, ali rifferski totalno ludacka+onal melodicniji deo u sredini sas sve solom jebe keve! Highlight albuma. "Retribution" je jos jedna veoma dobra, doduse vec od nje nekako opada kvalitet pesama, i ta sredina je podosta zaboravljiva, ali sve to dize poslednja pesma "Strength Through Fear", najbrza, i second best pesma albuma, krljanje.

 

"A Call To Arms" je definitivno bolji, al ko vole Gospel svidece mu se i ovo. Bitno da bend nastavlja sa radom

 

Jebem li ga,ovaj album mi je slabiji od Call to arms.Nesto uprostili i usporili svirku,nije vise onako furiozno kao pre...Kad ne znaju da li da postoje ili ne,nije ni cudo

Guitarist Mark Howitzer of Australia's long-running blackened death/thrash outfit GOSPEL OF THE HORNS, has issued the following statement:

 

"After 16 years of beer sweat and hell, I have decided to bring GOSPEL OF THE HORNS to an end. We would like to thank the many friends we have made around the world during our journey…..and hail to Darragh from Invictus for his unending support. He has given GOSPEL every opportunity to drive our thrashing mayhem out to all. The time is right to move on to new horizons, and we are content in knowing that we have given everything we had in our arsenal. Our final show will be on the 7th December 2008 with GRAVE in our hometown of Melbourne. This show will be one hell of a mighty occasion!"
