RIDE THE SKY, the new band of ex-HELLOWEEN drummer and MASTERPLAN founder Uli Kusch and ex-TEARS OF ANGER / BEYOND TWILIGHT singer Bjørn Jansson plus Benny Jansson on guitar, have signed a worldwide deal with Nuclear Blast!

"We're very happy that RIDE THE SKY has inked a deal with the label that has brought up so many great bands in the past years", states Uli. "We're looking forward to a creative cooperation with Nuclear Blast!" "We are extremely proud of being part of the Nuclear Blast roster and together with Uli Kusch our song writing take us to whole new dimension", adds singer Bjørn Jansson. At the moment, the band is still writing songs for the upcoming debut album. The recording will take place in the band's own studio (Monsterclan Studios N&S) soon; RIDE THE SKY will produce the record by themselves together with a co-producer and are currently in negotiations with various contacts concerning the mix.

RIDE THE SKY's debut album will be released around August / September 2007.
