Karlo SE Posted October 4, 2006 Report post Posted October 4, 2006 Evo ovako, ovo je prvi post na nasoj temi posle skoro 2 meseca koliko nije radio yum, a upravo se u ta dva meseca desila do sada najbitnija stvar za ovaj nas bend, dakle, ug izdavacka kuca iz Svedske "I hate records" nam je ponudila ugovor za snimanje i izdavanje albuma prvenca, sve smo se izdogovarali preko mail-a i to je zbog toga trajalo oko 3 nedelje inace je sve islo bez problema i od pocetka smo imali zajednicki jezik, a sada jos samo cekamo da stigne ugovor na potpisivanje(verujem za nedelju-dve) pa da krenemo sa vezbanjem. Snimanje cemo poceti oko Nove Godine, a album ce izaci u prvoj polovini sledece godine i sadrzace 9 pesama + intro, eto tako, zivi bili pa se vidimo na nekoj svirci u medjuvremenu! U poslednje vreme su uglavnom izdavali dobre doom bendove, od kojih mislim da je najpoznatiji Minotauri, uradili su njihov 7" singl. Zatim, tu su jos legendarna ug imena kao sto su Nifelheim, Protector, Pagan Altar, Vulcano i jos mnogi bendovi. Pogledaj na njihovom sajtu i sve ce ti se samo kasti u kakvom cemo okruzenju biti. Pa, mi cemo po ugovoru dobiti 100 komada da radimo sa njima sta hocemo, tako da ce ih biti ovde i po nizoj ceni nego napolju. Ja mislim da ce im van Srbije cena biti 15 evra, toliko im inace kostaju diskovi. Nego, postoji mogucnost da nam urade i ploce, ali to za kasnije. Za sada je najbitnije da izdamo album. voodoo_ Posted October 4, 2006 Report post Posted October 4, 2006 Do jaja, baš gledam unapred, iliti I'm looking forward vašem novom albumu, koji se nadam da će biti profesionalno odrađen, inače će da se digne kuka & motika Ozbiljno, dajte sve od sebe da ne zvuči kao bolji demo snimak... a može i neki moderniji prizvuk (pritom ne mislim nu i core, nego samo da ne izgleda baš ko Testament od pre 20 godina). Mislim, ovde kod nas nesto suvise ispeglano i ne moze da se dobije, ali oni zele prljavi thrash album. Toliko prljav bas nece biti, ali ni ispeglan i pogotovo ne sterilan. Pošto dosta treš bendova upadne u zamku tru oldskul zvuka i to na kraju nekako ispadne šuplje i mlitavo. Znači, da može da se benguje ali i da trese bubrege! Ako se budemo opredelili za tu varijantu, radije cemo lepo da podelimo pare za studio, a da uradimo album kod KArla na kompu.To bi zvucalo bar kao koliko-toliko pristojan demo snimak. RNA Posted October 6, 2006 Report post Posted October 6, 2006 Pa, bila super svirka, sto se mene licno tice, a mislim da su i ostali iz benda bili zadovoljni. Steta sto je ostalo bas malo ljudi da nas cuje, ali smo navikli na takvu situaciju u BG. U skorije vreme su nam sve svirke van Beograda bile bolje od ove, osim mozda one u Jagodini. Ja se posebno lepo secam svirke u Sremskoj Mitrovici. Elem, ako te zanima da pogledas svirku, daj jedan prazan DVD, pa cu ti srezati sa sve nastupom sa Gitarijade. SPACE EATER are a fine example of the fact that there are still many unexplored, fantastic undergrounds acts around these days! Bosko Radisic, editor of the fine "The Vault" zine, is the vocalist of this fine band that offers us three own tunes as well as a (well recorded) bonus live video of the title track of this self-produced CD. So if you know Bosko and / or "The Vault", you might know that you cannot be disappointed when this guy makes music, hehe! And one thing is for sure: I haven’t heard such a striking, killing newcomer CD since a very, very long time! The band SPACE EATER are style-wise very much close to are the infamous NUCLEAR ASSAULT. I mean, all three tunes could have been featured on “Game Over” as well which is enough praise, I think. Damn, “Bombs Away!” is fucking old school, there’s a fine mixture between Thrash Metal and some already even "punkish" riffs and rhythms, as we know it from Lilker & Co.! But as for now SPACE EATER don’t have such ultra-fast and short tunes like NUCLEAR ASSAULT once used to offer. And yeah, the three tunes on “Bombs Away!” are way better than the US legends’ last output! The five musicians definitely know how to handle their instruments, and also the cover artwork is massive, so all in all I simply advise you now to immediately get in touch with the band through www.space-eater.com.
