    Burning disease

    Cowering shell of the malignant shroud

     

    Dismembered angel seducing the swine

    Summoning discord through the cosmic spine

    Blanket the ground with deception divine

    A portrait for the blind

     

    Led astray by the sour words

    Of a prophet’s mangled tongue

    Reclaim the course of our involution

    Compose the choirs of our requiem

    Listless screaming

    Sickens the stomach of a crumbling world

    Languid dreaming

    Behold the future, this heaven unfurled

     

    Disfigured scriptures of our time

    Rip the iris of a thoughtless eye

    Restore these wings until we find the strength to fly away

    To splintered hands and weary bones

    This burden is unimaginable

    Our dreams lay wounded in this

    Heaven Deconstructed

    There’s nothing to gain

    Within a lifetime of brevity

    Eyes of the enemy

    Rub raw the flesh of the innocent scrubbing at this deep stain

     

    We are the rotting fruit torn from the branch of lost beliefs

    Break the brittle neck of our kind
