Radio Metal has posted a new interview with Aaron Rossi in which the MINISTRY drummer discusses the incident that took place on June 24, 2008 at the band's concert at Havana Café in Toulouse, France. According to the official explanation offered by the group and the venue, MINISTRY's show had to be stopped after a fan allegedly jumped up on stage and attempted to attack the band with tear gas. However, some fans that attended the concert allege that it was in fact the security personnel that used tear gas on the audience, not the other way around. An excerpt from the interview follows. Radio Metal: I understand there was a problem in Toulouse yesterday. Can you explain the situation? Aaron Rossi: We probably had a thousand people in the audience, and we knew it was going to be a crazy show. The opening band told us it was like a hundred degrees in there, very hot. We prepared for that — we got more water on stage. We were playing, and the show went very well, but all of a sudden, I saw Tony [Campos, bass] run off stage. Then I saw my drum tech, who was starting to unplug things, and he said, "You have to get out of here." When he said that, I took a deep breath, but I couldn't breathe and my eyes started to water. We ran outside, and everybody poured water on our heads and our eyes. They said it was pepper spray or tear gas, something like that. It was pretty scary. We went back out to play again, but one of the fans jumped upon the fence we have on stage and pulled it down. On the other side of the fence was the bass player, Tony, and he was caught underneath the fence. Finally, Al Jourgensen [MINISTRY mainman] said, "No more, this is it." The crowd was being very disrespectful, and he said, "We're done, let's get out of here." We left as soon as possible. Radio Metal: So it was Al who decided to stop the show. But what was your opinion? Aaron Rossi: I love to play, but the conditions of the venue were very bad. There wasn't much security, and for a final farewell tour, safety is a must, especially for Al. Some of the fans get really crazy. I follow whatever Al says, whatever songs he wants to play, whatever show he wants to do or cancel, I have to go with him. The only other time we had to cancel half-way was in Hamburg, because the audience were throwing cups at us. My drum-riser was covered in beer, and I had cups hitting me. This was disrespectful, so we got out of there. Radio Metal: It is sad to conclude a MINISTRY tour in France like this. But when you left the stage, did you understand that there was a problem with someone in the audience? Aaron Rossi: Yeah. You see, in the United States, we had the murder of Dimebag Darrell from PANTERA. Since then, security has to be very tight. We thought we had everything under control, but last night the conditions were just so terrible that it just became unsafe. We poured water on our heads, but Al Jourgensen has dreadlocks, so no matter what he did, it was dripping down into his eyes. I think the fan was just crazy. I heard he was yelling things about God, like, "Where is my God?" and this and that. I want to think that everybody out there is really nice, but you never know, there are some loonies out there.

You got that? Objasnio im je! Mene samo cudi kako Bruce nikada nisu uzeli za ulogu Betmena, jerbo on i najvise prilici sismisolikom, mislim Bruce-ova brada je dovoljan dokaz... Dopada mi se kod njega sto drzi razne skupove pa tu daje savete mladim glumcima, kako da uspeju, jedan od retkih glumaca koji je sa obe noge na zemlji.

Meni je zao da dam pare ako je tolio sranje od filma kao sto su vec neki opisali, a verujem da jeste jer nemam sta da ocekujem od omatorelog Harisona Forda, trebali su ovo da odrade pocetkom 90-tih dok je jos i licio na nesto, ovako ce da bude Indijana Dzons dr. Gerijatrija, blah...

Niko nije skinuo i odgledao Gotham Knight? Solidno je animiran, samo me malo smorilo sto ima malo vise animacije u anime stilu, ali vade ga zanimljivih 6 prica o Betmenu i dogadjajima izmedju prvog i ovog drugog dela, dobro zagrevanje pred izlazak Dark Knight-a.

Naravno ne bi to bilo isto bez njega, mada je meni onako iskreno najvise zao sto nikada nisu napravili barem jos jedan nastavak posle Army Of Darkness, nekako mi ostade nezavrsen i nedorecen sa onim happy end krajem, ali zato su tu stripovi da produze mitologiju, cak su uspeli da ga spoje sa Lovecraftom, tacnije bori se protiv druge horor ikone Herbert-a West-a The Re-Animator-a, a i da ne zaboravim mozda najzanimljiviji horor spoj koji nikada nije uradjen kao film ( a trebao je da bude) nastavak Freddy Vs. Jason Vs. Ash.

It had been confirmed that a remake would be made of The Evil Dead. It would have been produced by Bruce Campbell and Sam Raimi, but was not to include the Ash character. It was also said that the movie would be about a group of teenagers that go to the cabin and find the book, and the similarities with the original would end there. However, in August 2007, Bruce Campbell revealed in a radio interview that the proposed remake was "going nowhere" and "fizzled" due to extremely negative fan reaction. There have recently been more rumors however that a re-write of a script is being reviewed and Bruce Campbell suggested that in true style of Sam Rami's films he would do a cameo role, jokingly suggesting that it would be a remake/sequel and Knowby's ghost would be replaced by ghostly Ash. Ja se sve nesto nadam da nece biti nista od ovoga, ali nikada se ne zna, znam da sam ranije negde procitao da su razmisljali da unajme Rob Zombie da rezira, ali to su bile samo glasine...

Hajde ovako, ako poskidas barem 70% njegove filmografije, da mi ih srezes, naravno iskupio bih se vec na neki nacin, jer smatram da nemam dovoljno velik izbor filmova za neku vecu razmenu. Znam faks je sada pritegao, a vreme je sada luksuz koji ne mozes da priustis da izgubis na gledanje istih, videcu da skinem ceo serijal cim zavrsim sa jos nekim filmicima sto ih skidam preko torrenata, posle serije ce se definitivno krenuti u potragu za ostatkom Bruce Campbell filmografije. P.S. Posto si fan Evil Dead serijala slobodno potrazi Army Of Darkness strip serijal, nastavlja se posle treceg dela, samo sada im je malo opao kvalitet glede crteza, ali kapiram da bi bolje bilo da su napravili animiranu seriju,na kojoj se radilo ali na kraju sipak.... I dalje me brine Evil Dead rimejk koji treba da izadje Genijalna reklama za Evil Dead

Mislim da bi bilo sasvim u redu da o njemu napravis temu, ja sam se nesto razmisljao, ali ipak sam priklonjen Cambell-u a i gledao sam vise njegovih filmova, nego Vincentovih. E da i srecno skidanje filmova (Dragowyck skini obavezno, i House Of Wax, i Masque Of Red Death) Bruce glumi u novoj seriji Burn Notice (2007) omatorelog mornarickog SEAL operativca, koji daje savete i informacije glavnom junaku, moracu ovo da skinem u skorije vreme, i nadam se da ce biti i druge sezone.

Mogla bi da padne repriza, to jest sta bi falilo, mogao bi taman da se cuje novi materijal uzivo.

@Vincente/Angelystore vidi se da posedujes znanje i postovanje za glumacke legende Obavezno odgledaj Maniac Cop, Man With The Screaming Brain, The Woods (ovaj horor dijamant sam davno predstavio na temi za horor filmove), u sva tri ima glavne uloge i veoma su dobre, tj. u samo njegovom maniru Video si ga sigurno na pocetku Od Sumraka do svitanja 2, onaj horor film na televizoru, on i riba u liftu i mnogo sismisa, to me je jedino i vredno u filmu... A u spajdermenu se pojavljuje u ovom redosledu, u kecu je najavljivac koji mu da ime, u dvojci je vratar koji mu nije dozvolio da udje na predstavu Meri Dzejn i u trojci smesni konobar koji pokusava da mu pomogne da je zaprosi.

Naravno, sto je vise ljudi veca je zabava, onda moze da padne i kruzno Evo vam i trejlera za Valjda ce konacno izaci ove godine...
