Gothenburg Metala.Poslednji album im je neki oblik Alt./ thrash metala. Ali, novi album je do jaja.Cudo jer vecina bendova koji su bili melodeath postanu metalcore. "Jesper is also working on a side project together with Roland Johansson, former singer of the Swedish metal band Sonic Syndicate. They are planning to have their first record out in early 2010." Nadam se da će kroz taj projekat da isprazni svu gej energiju koju poseduje i vrati In Flames u normalne vode, tipa Reroute ili STYE (valjda je svima jasno da je bilo šta starije od toga science fiction).
