The news comes after weeks of speculation about the couple's marriage. The divorce was confirmed by Locklear's publicist yesterday. Cece Yorke says, "This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time." The Spin City star was previously married to Motley Crue rocker, Tommy Lee. They divorced in 1993, a year before she wed Sambora. The couple wed in Paris, France, in 1994 and has an eight-year-old daughter, Ava Elizabeth. Rumors of a split surfaced after Locklear attended a New Year's Eve rock concert with fellow soon-to-be-divorcee Denise Richards and their husbands nowhere to be seen.
